It was bugging me and I had to tell you this: you're misusing the term "Vendor Trash" in your Most Forgettable Pokemon thread. Vendor Trash is something that can be found and does nothing practical but sits in your inventory and can only be sold, like Nuggets and Pearls. Source.

And there are no Hoothoot vendors that I know of.
