Just fyi for the "What if" issue: Tobias is a trainer who Ash faced in the Sinnoh League, but Ash lost to. Tobias's only revealed Pokemon were Darkrai and Latios. Darkrai took out Ash's Heracross, Torkoal, and Gible, but was defeated by Sceptile. Latios defeated Ash's Sceptile and Swellow, then tied with Pikachu in a Luster Purge/Volt Tackle+Iron Tail collision.

Yes I find it really funny that the arrogant Johto fans think all Hoenn fans are 12 year olds when they are the ones acting like children (being called a 12 yeard old, or anything like that is just a huge insult for me though). Before Sinnoh, Johto was my least favourite game, I loved Kanto, Gen 1 consumed my childhood completely, so to see Gen 2 completely ruin Kanto was so dissappointing (taking out graveyard? seriously?). Johto wasnt horrible, it has nice music and some decent characters, but it is definately not the best region (and as you pointed out, leeched off the popularity that Kanto had)

I saw your post in the "Why do people hate Hoenn" thread, where you talk about Johto...You sir are a legend! No one in the world has the balls to utter a negative word about Johto, and although I do enjoy Johto myself, I have a great deal of respect for you. Hoenn is awesome.
