Hmm, but if you take your case to authorities then you could likely legally be removed from that house. Your parents would have no custody on you. They wouldn't be able to touch you if the authorities ruled in your favour.

Bro you need to get out that house. One of my old stepmothers called the cops on me for "stealing things" and "poisoning her coffee" and then continued to harass me for about six months before I put my foot down and moved to my mum's. Did I mention I was seven? And then she started blaming my five-year-old brother for the same things so he moved a month or so later. Every time we went to see my dad she was still terrible to my brother and I. But the thing is, GET OUT. srs. It's the best thing you could do for yourself.
