I crossed out some that have a use. Lick can paralyze, Air Cutter and Razor Wind are both decent moves. Future Sight is good as you attack a few turns later. Heal Block is good against HP healing hogs like Blissey. If you're making a tournament for worst moves, put bad moves.

I suggest you change Grass Knot to SolarBeam, Grass Knot is good but for the lighter water types and such, it isn't too effective. But if you use SolarBeam, you can use Sunny Day and then SolarBeam to make a great combo as SolarBeam won't need to charge in Sunny conditions.
