I also can't seem to patch the rom. It's been about ten minutes since I tried to apply the patch and nothing has happened. Using the Spanish rom and the english patch.

I've tried 6 times to patch with Squirrels FireRed, 4 times with an Emerald ROM and twice with a Ruby ROM and each time NUPS said the the patch and ROM were incompatible. Yes, I am using the right patches for their respective ROMs. Is there anything that I am doing wrong with this?

Maybe you're thinking of the Pokeradar? Dawn/Lucas gives you the Vs. Seeker on Route 7 right before you enter Mt. Coronet.

EVs as we know them were added in 3rd gen (You get EVs for different stats by fighting different types of Pokemon) so they are there already. Breeding was introduced in 2nd gen so not much will be different from the other games.

There is an Oshawott in one of the houses in the city with the second gym. I had Samurott for a large portion of the game. :) It was really good from my experience.

5 gyms + a fairly large section afterwards. The last location is Artic Cave in Beta 1. Your Pokemon are about level 60-75 by that time so there is a good amount of content.

Yeah, you can beat the Elite 4 and Champion. You can actually go to three different regions. There is a lot of content in this hack. Yes I now Noivern is in here (you can find Noibat pretty early on, but it is rare) and I don't think I've seen Hawlucha yet. It might be in the game somewhere.

I'd like to see the Hoenn starters in Platinum Blue or maybe something like Trapinch, Shinx and Poliwag. I would give Kanto starters as an option, but those and the Johto starters are overdone.

There is an old guy in one of the towns that gives you a Mega Rock and an Anti-Mega. You only get one until you use both the Mega Rock and Anti-Mega on one of the Pokemon.

I remember my Doublade evolving at level 50 in this hack. I could be wrong.

This has happened to me as well, but I applied the patch to the Firered ROM again and it stopped happening. (This was just before I found Snow Warning Caterpie; I haven't tried the latest patch yet.)

Was just about to say that. I caught one and when I sent it out in battle it fainted immediately and the game froze.
