I just checked Zel's youtube account. He Hasn't had any activity in nine months. I think something bad might have happened to zel...

Zel, wherever you are, remember the promise you made to everyone about shiny gold. Do you really want to disappoint that many people? Think of how many people like addman999 joined because of you. If you can hear us, please return. Open the Shiny Gold thread to prove you're back, or do something.

Sadly, I don't think Zel will return. I'm not trying to be pessimistic. I personally believe he left because of HG and SS. I'm pretty sure he would have told us if it was otherwise. It was pretty obvious Nintendo would make an official remake, he really should have prepared for it. Either way, I'll miss you buddy.

Are you continuing Shiny Gold? Just curious, I am wondering since HG/SS came out and all.

People, i don't know any of you, nor do i know Carlos in any way.
Even tho i love his hack work, none of you have the right to "order" him to put his story in public!
If the guy went away, he'll have his reasons, and it's not to you people to decide what will happen to his work!

So just leave the poor dude alone...

remember, zel (carlos) is a grown adult, and if he is ok, he will be busy. if he were leaving, he would have said so. he has a job, and colledge to attend to. plus, he was getting tired of shineygold. a good alternative would be liquid crystal. DONT GIVE UP HOPE! HE MAY RETURN!
