Hey I saw you were going to EV a Magmortar. Before you begin EVing you should look up the Pokemon here: http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/
Smogon gives you possible movesets with possible EVs. It's really helpful.

We`ll, I`m not such a pro on giving evs to pokemon xD
There are many possibilities
- You could max.ev it`s Defense (to protect your Magmortar from a death caused by an earthquake/stone edge).
- You could max.ev it`s Sp.Def (Magmortar isn`t very fast - before you`ll be able to use Sunny Day, the opponent can use Hydro Pump on you. Otherwise if the opponent has got a leaf/bug/ice pokemon and if you call Magmortar, then the opponent has a problem. He`ll may get forced to switch his pokemon. When his water pokemon comes out, then you`ll use Sunny Day without taking a damage by a water attack - you can`t attack in the same round as the pokemon was called)
- I wouldn`t worry that much about it`s Sp.Atk. It`s high, but you could also ev.max it.

It`s up to you :)

What I mean is are you just going to ev one stat?

Oh, and I don`t know which stat you should choose.
It depends on the opponent which move he`s using to kill your Magmortar.
My fire pokemon was more killed by an earthquake or a stone edge than by a hydro pump or a surf.

Magmortar has a base stat of 125 in Sp.Atk.
You can max ev two values. Where did you already evd him?

I'm breeding for natures. I might try IV's, but I'm still learning.

Yes, and I'm almost done training all my Pokemon. I just breeded my own Bulbasaur and Magikarp. I'll have to train them up soon

Finally I made my Togepi so happy, that it will evolve into a Togetic on the next level (tested with one rare candy :P).
And I still have to ev about...4 pokemon!? Oh noez O_o

Scientist Davis looks ready to open his gym on friday.
Maybe Jukain-Arashi, Iyo and I will open our gyms too (if I open mine, then I`ll just do 3 VS 3).
