    I think I can learn how to use FL Studio by myself. I've already done some work in Anvil Studio so I've got the basic feel of writing music on a computer. I just need help with arranging the music itself. That's where you come in. :)

    Also, if you've been stalking mine and colcol's conversation (which I would assume that there's a 50/50 chance of that happening) you'd know that I want to perhaps start up a tutoring program for Emulation. What are your thoughts on that?

    Well I think the size is a big deal, unless you have quite alot of experience, you should try and keep away from making your tiles smaller. I'm talking about the trees.

    The other thing that concerns me is the mountain, they look to un-detailed. The shading's a little too, underdone, you see mountains need quite a bit of texture. The only other thing that bothers me is the texture on the road. I don't quite get what they are D:
    Anyway, you should try looking at Alucus' work, along with TheDeadHeroAlistar. These are the best work to learn from.

    I finally managed to hack Emerald into giving me a new start map and preset Eevee as a starter right away from the beginning of the game, and autoset items. Maybe I'll continue. (It's fun!) And inserted a signpost explaining the controls. (Text copied from FRLG)

    Now, to get rid of the opening Birch and truck movements... and make the music work.

    Scripting is... actually rather easy!

    Oh, and by the way... I'm enjoying mapping. And I'm planning to make a ROM hack. The only thing is... I can't script. Maybe I should start learning... or get someone to assist as a group hack.

    What about tilesets which are pretty much exact copies from the games themselves aside from palette changes? Don't post in Tile/Palette rating thread?
