Simulation->emulation. Basically what I wanted to do was take the real Emerald game and by using tools extract the internal information (pictures, sprites, etc.) and the core game engine approximated into something like Ruby and store that into an archive for people to edit. It's basically so that people can edit the core engine more easily. However it's technically not a ROM anymore, and as it contains elements of both an emulation and a simulation (making a thing that is different as similar as possible to the real thing) I was wondering wether it goes in RH or GD.
