  • I'm not exactly sure. It's a government PC so I wouldn't be able to get on (since I don't work there), but it was a Vista-style icon. Definitely not the latest, but I don't think very old, might be IE7, might not. I see him use SharePoint to access work tables for his two theaters.
It was intentional. I never have more than about 5 tabs open. More if I'm doing an assignment.

Anything past dual-core and 1GB memory is overkill at the moment. Phones shouldn't need more guts unless the OS/Programs are very inefficient.
Haha, I wouldn't know how much Safari or Chrome use on iOS, as you don't get any sort of Status Monitor. There's a hidden force-quit system, but that's it.

On the desktop side of things, I've used Chrome for 3 days without closing any tabs to see how much memory it uses. With about 40 tabs open, it was using 3.5GB memory on my Macbook. The with everything else open, I was using 6.2GB RAM. Who says more than 4GB is a waste?
Nah, I'll probably just go to the nearest Telstra (our main telco) shop and try them. Keeping the iPhone until the iPhone 5 comes out, when my contract will be over and I can renew.

Is WP7 still limited to single-core?
I don't mean to change, though. I just want to have a play around with ICS and WP7 at some stage.

And all of the phones makes sense now. Not like a mate of mine who upgrades about 3 times a year. In just over the last year, he went GS2, iP4S, Nexus, GS3.
Yeah, it's sounding more and more like an OS that's worth checking out. Not that I intend to move away from iOS; I just want to sate my curiosity.

The naming scheme all depends on the circle of company you're in. With customers, I might say Intel Core i5 (slipping in the Intel name always makes them feel better), whereas around other enthusiasts (especially on tech forums), I would say a 3570K, omitting the i5 or similar nomenclature in its entirety.

Quick question: how and why do you still have/use two phones?
Sorry for the late reply, I've been a little busy over the last few days.

You're welcome to it and you're not the first to use it. That said, your interpretation looks far better than mine. :P I might revamp mine accordingly.
Seeing my dad use his Facebook on a government computer at Fort Carson revealed to me a big organization that prefers Internet Explorer. XD
Yes. A friend of mine asked me if I wanted to become a mod on this forum that they created recently, so I said yes. The main focus of the forum that I mentioned in my last VM is if you need a sig, but there are other sections on it, too.
Yeah. I became a moderator yesterday on the Romeo Sigs forum! I mod the Sonic the Hedgehog, Pokemon & Off-Topic sections on there =D!!
