I can't remember the exact offsets for the palette's but they're pretty easy to find in VBA's palette viewer, just get a clean ROM and experiment with some offsets in APE and go from there until you find the right one. The actual image and .raw files are pretty easy to insert as long as you make the .raw the correct size.

I've never been a fan of using a ROM base, I like to do it myself.
