To answer your forum post, Emerald is a great game as well, and I completely agree with you about the artwork on the cards! Also, I absolutely plan on introducing my son to Pokemon! He's already learning to say Pikachu haha. He'll likely be a Whovian as well. ;) We will be getting X & Y - already have them preordered and cannot freaking wait! I try to watch cartoons (I'm just a tall 5 year old really) but I can't get into them. I rewatched Hey Arnold spring 2012 though. It was great. I have season 1 on DVD as well...wish I could find the others. My favorite cartoon, haha.

I've seen some gifs and quotes on Tumblr and some of it actually makes good points for a cartoon, which makes me happy. I think kids today have quite an array of crap cartoons compared to what I grew up with, so it's nice to see this show making some good points for kids to see.
