  • That sounds really interesting! :) I also focus more on micronutrients than macronutrients. I don't really focus much on how much fat, carbs or protein I consume, but I do keep track of my calories. Leafy greens are amazing! I usually blend them with chia or flax seed and wheatgrass or spirulina powder to make extremely nutritious green shakes. It's much easier and quicker to consume that way. Seeds, nuts and beans are great! I also eat a lot of raw whole foods :)

As for meat I mainly eat a little poultry, but I'll have red meat or fish occasionally. I'm not a big fan of spinach unfortunately, but it is good for iron, potassium and I believe fiber. I like ground cacao and I throw that in my fruit smoothies for extra nutrition and flavor. I don't have yogurt very often but if I do it's usually greek yogurt since it's thicker and more filling. I haven't yet tried it with cacao-nibs yet (Will do!). I never eat uncooked eggs lol, aww I'm sorry to know that happens to you =/ Yeah Pineapple contains bromelain which is also used in meat tenderizer. I have a bag of that stuff. :P You can also try papaya which contains the enzyme papain,

I also try to stay fit and healthy. Yummy :D I'll admit I love eating unhealthy processed snacks too. It's no big deal to me, besides I eat healthy, take walks and am thankfully at a healthy weight so I'm pretty proud of my body.

Food and nutrition fascinates me too! I wasn't always in shape. When I was little I was chubby because I ate way too much. Then I learned so much about nutrition and how to lose weight, and I learned soooo much! I since then lost that excess fat and am now at a really healthy weight for my height and body-type! ^^ Btw I also love cooking and exchanging my knowledge with people! I take culinary classes, although I've been since I was like 12.

My gosh! You're really lovely to talk to. Thank you for making my day! :)
Happy Anniversary, Happy Anniversary, Happy Anniversary, Happy Anniversary, Happy Anniversary, Happy Anniversary, Happy Anniversary, Happy Anniversary, Happy Anniversary, Happy Anniversary, Happy Anniversary!

Hey, little heads up, I'm not really gonna be on this site anymore. If you wanna talk to me, just contact my email in my sig.
I guess a better question would be do you like your job or do you like your job? :P It must be pretty sweet to be a game dev.

I'm sure! Did you move their with friends? I couldn't imagine going over seas alone. What an experience though. Soaking up some different culture is always fun. I bet it's super pretty. Have you visited anything historical? In the southern part of Louisiana. It's horrifically muggy here. You sweat in the shade, sitting inside with no AC is like hanging out in a greenhouse. It can make a person grumpy real fast. I had to do that crap for a week a couple of times and it makes you physically feel sick. We'll probably have to skip town if we get a bad hurricane season. Omg, he's such a little brat tho. He's throwing the most fake ass tantrums now, and he makes the ugliest cry face. It's hilarious, he looks like a fish.

That's exciting! You must be enjoying it there. Is it way different? We're good. Tired of living out here though. It's been storming and we lost electricity for a lot of yesterday. It was sooooo hot and muggy. D; Kid is great, he's huge and repeating everything we say.
    I'll keep a look out anyway :D
Thank you <3 When I think about it though I haven't really been on here properly in almost three years!
Oh wow look at you with games on the shelf! What can I look out for that you've animated this time? :p
I don't have exams, apparently computing students in the past have complained about it. I handed in my dissertation on Monday, so I'm all done for uni! Just gotta wait for my overall results and go to graduation!
As far as trombone goes I wouldn't say I've ever had any formal lessons, but I've been playing in my school's band for 3 years, so I guess that counts for something. It's not the same as 1 on 1 lessons, but I do learn a lot from it, and there's a sort of apprenticeship you get from more seasoned players in the band.

I've been just teaching myself guitar for now. Hopefully soon my mom will put me in lessons, but I think I've made a lot of progress over the 10 months or so I've been teaching myself. Already having a background in music, and knowing a bit of music theory and how to read music helped a lot in my progress.

I've also been itching to find other musicians to play with, because it gets kind of boring, playing by yourself in your room to a jamtrack or whatever. There's a certain magic that you get from playing with someone else live. It becomes like a conversation, using music as your vocabulary.

That's awesome. Learn dat, it does nothing but open new doors for you. I always wanted to learn another language. And keep drawing gorg stuff. <3 How's the UK treating you? You moved there or is it just for a bit?
