    Like random Japanese words? XD Those are always fun to know.

    That's another nice thing about languages that have stuff in common. 'Cause some words are similar between them, you can understand what someone else is somewhat saying even though they aren't speaking the same language as you (which is why I could somewhat get by in German).

    Well, it does sound alike, and I bet if I asked my classmates what it meant... XD But that's quite interesting. It does sound like "pretend" (I think there's a "pretender" in Spanish that means something different as well), and yet it isn't.

    That's why I love learning languages :3 It's so fun.

    XD I might try and do that...occasionally. It depends (like I'll need to come up with names and maybe nicknames for a short story I'll have to write for English 8D).

    Ah, cognates. I remember learning about those in French class. Our teacher had us find as many French words that sounded similar to American ones from French commercials XD But yeah, there seem to be quite a few cognates with the romance languages. Like "si" being "yes" in Spanish (and maybe Portugese?) and Italian.

    Is it really? This is coming from the one who's been forced to take Spanish, since the two are a tad similar I always just saw Masquerade, which I know is where they got it XD But that's pretty interesting :3

    Hmm, Umbreon is rather defensive. But I like Youmu, and I like Eevee, and since Cirno's already gonna be my Psychic/Water/Ice user, Suwako's my Grass user, and Yggdra's my Electric user, that just leaves Youmu to become an Umbreon XD Though I COULD catch an Absol in Plat., since they are avialble before beating the game...

    I tend to do that often XD Or I'll just come up with random, nonsensical names (though I can't think of any right now; most of them are in FireRed, though).

    Let's all hope so ^^ I don't want to have any problems when I go off to college X_X

    Youmu as an Absol... Seeing how she's half-ghost and not full ghost, I think it fits perfectly ^^ And after all, my Eevee's gonna become an Umbreon~

    I named the Cranidos Suika just 'cause I wanted a Pokemon named Suika (Tsurupettan, much like Kero 9 Destiny, has gotten to me X_X). And I named myself Marisa 'cause I couldn't think of anything else (I was thinking Cierra or Serene for my name, but not only is Cierra already the name of my character in Pearl, I was that for a Ninetales and Serene for a Glaceon).

    XD I wish I could say America was boring on my parents (but there are a load of states I have yet to visit, you know? >.>). And plus, being in an economical crisis... But that'll change, hopefully~

    Poor Kanako XD Still, I've come to like Suwako (enough to name my starter in Plat. after her; I also have a Psyduck named Cirno and a Cranidos named Suika, though; and an Eevee named Youmu, and my character is Marisa).

    Cool =D The closest I've ever been to being out of my country is at Niagara Falls, New York. I saw Canada opposite the falls, and I even took pictures. But I never got to cross ><'

    Is she really that famous? =O I thought Kanako would be, but...

    Oh, and apparently my computer was being slow due to my laziness when it came to shutting it down, so I think I can get the pics up now :3

    XD I personally love Italian, but French is beautiful, too. And I'm sure Portugese is (actually, for Spanish I need to do a report on Peru... ^^').

    Ah, the computer's being really slow ><' It's been like this for a few days now... (well, it's the internet, actually) But I was able to keep the creator up, and, out of boredom, made a scene based on the Kero 9 Destiny song XD I THINK Sanae is with Kanako and Suwako, right?
