@CraCkZ I just re-read your sign-up and you stated that you wanted nfes .. Vigoroth and golbat are pretty good so no, you may not evolve them. I would allow evolution if you'd get zubat though.

I was surprised, when I found out that 3/5 of my team is obtainable only right before last gym. It basically meant Beautifly and Murkrow for the whole game. It was quite a challenge for me since those two have really poor defenses and pretty common weaknesses. Names are actually the titles of tracks I've been listening to at that moment. {XD}

Update 1

started my journey with a torchic in hand, some seconds after i exchanged it for Araiguma (a lvl 2 female zigzagoon)
after some while walking over towns and routes i finally get to Rustboro Nightmare city.

Hell is the word i use if you have just a normal type for the gym; 3 attemps all failed, like a constant NOPE all over
my araiguma (zigzagoon) so i went and did the biggest grindfest in my life from lvl 13 to 20 killing whismurs.

After a long hour of speedruning the grindfest finally got to lvl 20 and Araiguma evolved to a linoone


so i went to the poke center and told myself it was time for my revenge.

After 22 tackles, almost 10 headbutts, 1 X defense, 1 X Attack and 2 super potion i got to that desired moment
the taste of victory was runing through my mouth.



Got it Boulderbadge. Next stop Finding my zubat.

Ohayô an Update over here. (a big one Btw)

After defeating the first gym leader (what a hell of gym leader) went to dewford and got the old rod.
then i got my joo (Goldeen)



Went to dewford, entered the cave i found my Batto (zubat)



after some training got them to a decent level so i thought i was prepared for the 2nd gym leader
Won the fight easily with my joo, some pecks and he's over.



After that i visited some towns did the team aqua stuff, got items, trained Batto Evolved into a Golbat



AND fought the 3rd gym leader
I was totally screwed since i didnt have any waekness to play against his magneton, i had to the unthinkable.



Learned rock smash -.-



i was really tired of team aqua madness so took a shower with some babes here's the proof



Trained some more Batto and Joo evolved.



Fought the 4rth gym leader with Joo by my side and won without a single water attack, and a little help of the fainted Araiguma.
