    • I love WWII games! and movies too. It's how I learned my German accent. Has anyone else watched Downfall? the one that inspired all the Hitler parodies? Seriously though Bruno Ganz is so talented o.o

    I'm of the opinion that story generally degrades first-person shooters.

    You don't play the game for the story, you play it to slaughter things. A FPS with a story is like porn with plot.

    • I like to get caught up with playing a big part in something bigger than I am :P which is what a good story should have supersoldier-you doing. I wanna be able to hate those I'm slaughtering.

    • I like how they show off the Chinese military next to the US and Russian one in the latest Battlefield 4 :P Their uniforms are soo snazzy!

    I don't think it is, though I wouldn't be too sure since I play the BFG edition on PS3 and haven't tried downloading it for PC or anything.

    • I really should give first-person shooter games a try again.. maybe this time with actual coaching (if available, like in TF2).. the reason why I stayed away from those was because I just never knew when to fire, especially when playing in a multiplayer session.

    The last Call of Duty game based on WWII was Call of Duty: World at War in 2008 I believe. That was a fun game, but the franchise is much better now imo. I'm going to pick up Ghosts at the midnight release in about an hour. So excited, my brother and I will probably be up all night playing. If anyone wants to play with us PM or shoot me a vm and we can play. I'm getting the game for Xbox 360.

    Curently watching HArry Potter and The Goblet of Fire. Such a good movie.

    • My desktop is lame.. even with its own GPU, I still have to have TF2 set to the lowest settings just for a smooth and perfect environment when playing the game.

    And John, I don't ever recall playing TF2 with you O_o but I'm sure I could do it soon as soon as I can find the time to put Steam back on my desktop for the umpteenth time lol

    I think that would laptop would be decent enough to run TF2 for a little while, but it would overheat after a short time. It's just not worth it imo.

    • My computer would make a decent gaming one if I didn't have Intel HD Graphics. They suck so much. Only 64MB of VRAM ;-;
