sorry ZORRO but I only do pokemon sprites for the time being, as I said before I might or might not accept requests, depends of my mood XD

Wow. But the quality still sucks. It doesn't matter if you saved it as .png, if you resave it as .png over a JPEG, it still is horrid quality.
