I'm willing to accept this, however I suggest you get in the habit of making sure there aren't any big typos or errors in your writing. Also, your character's Squirtle's name should be spelt Precious. :)

Height/Weight: 6'2/175 lbs
Appearance: Leon is tall with a athletic build with a sharp but stern face. He also has long scarlet red hair and midnight purple eyes. He sports a black tank top, dark purple cargo pants, black combat boots, a dark purple hoodie for when the weather is bad, and a black backpack that has purple buttons and zippers, along with a mp3 player that he usually carries in his pocket with wireless ear buds.
Interest and Goals: Leon interest are manga's, training his pokemon and himself, and rock music. His goals are pretty simple catch up to his sister to beat and pass here and then become the best trainer Kanto.
Family/background:
Leon and his older sister Kimberly who is a year older than him were born in Goldenrod city. But when he was three his parents where killed by a mugger when they were on their way home from their job at the radio tower. So they had to move to their mothers home town Lavender town to live with their uncle Tommy who was a trainer at the time. Having to give up his ambitions as a trainer to raise his sisters kids who he would quickly grow to love as his own children. So only having the little money he had from being a trainer he had to get two full time jobs meant the kids had to more or lease raise themselves. But the towns folk would keep an eye on them when they were out playing in the town and as their was little cash in the house hold Leon always got Kimberly's hand-me downs. This made Leon very competitive with his sister and couldn't stand losing to her because he felt if he could beat her he would get the new thing not her.
But never the less they had a very strong bond and couldn't be seen apart and they both loved pokemon very much they even volunteered at Mr.Fugi's pokemon adoption center during the weekend. As it came Kimberly's tenth birthday she was given permeation to adopt a pokemon from Mr.Fugi and she choose a Cubone. And this made Leon very jealous and wanted a pokemon to but Tommy told him he just had to wait till his next birthday but Leon wouldn't have it and tried to run away but that only lasted till dinner time when he came home because he was hungrier. When he got home Tommy feeling bad for Leon he gave him his fist manga and told him if he waits till his birthday to get a pokemon he would get him a new manga every week and Leon agreed because as soon as he started reading it he couldn't put it down. So he pationtly waited and watched as Kimberly trained her Cubone which she nicknamed Bambam. Then finally the time arrived for Leon to pick his pokemon and when he went to pick their was a pokemon ready to hatch and he said no matter what is inside he will choose.
Well the egg hatched and a shiny Ralts appeared he asked Tommy why it was a different color and he said that it was a very special pokemon that was a different colored pokemon named shinnies. Having seen the special colored Ralts and it reminded him of the heroes from his manga's he nicknamed it Hero. Later that night Tommy told them that when they turn eighteen they can start their adventure which enraged Leon because that meant Kimberly would get a head start on him and even more so he would be alone for a year. So it came time for Kimberly to start her adventure and as a fair well gift she gave Leon a mp3 full of his favorite music and told him he better catch up quickly so he trained non stop that year which resulted in Hero evolving into Kirlia. Now it was his birthday and ready to start his adventure Tommy gave him a fair well gift a backpack full of neat things five pokeballs, 2 potions, and a antidote, then he gave him his old pokegear wich he told Leon that it has a map of Kanto installed on it and along with a his number programmed in it . Then Mr.Fugi gave him 3,000 poke for all his years of valuating. With a fair well hug to his uncle Tommy's Alakazam used his teleport to send him to Pewter City but it messed up and teleported him out front of the Pokecenter at Viridian city. Leon figured Alakazam did this as revenge for when he and Kimberly dyed is mustache pink and he hasn't let it go.
Leon just shrugged it off and brought his pokegear out to see which way would be the best to get to Pewter and saw that it was through Viridian forest. So he put his ear buds in pulled a manga out and headed for the forest. So not paying much attention to where he was going he bumped into an old man who was drinking his coffee out in the middle of the walkway. So Leon stopped and apologized the old man wasn't to mad and he noticed that Leon was a newly trainer and offered him some advice on how to catch wild pokemon. Leon refused saying he was in a hurry and took off running poping his ear buds back in and went back to his manga while running towards the entrance of the forest. Finally getting to the entrance he put his manga away and pulled a pokeball out of his waist and brought his partner Hero the Kirlia out.
He looked down at Hero and said well get some training done in here for Brocks gym and maybe get a new partner along the way. So about an hour into the forest after many battles with wild pokemon he finally came across the pokemon that he was hoping to add to his team a Roselia. So Leon tried to catch it right away and just throw a ball at it and it simply smacked it away with an agitated look on its face. Then Leon told Hero to hit it with a confusion and follow it up with a ice punch. Roselia dodged the confusion so Hero quickly circled behind the Roselia while it was dodging hit it full on with ice punch which resulted in Roselia getting frozen. So Leon throw another ball and this time he caught it it turned out to be a female so he nicknamed it Dew. And shortly after that they got out of the forest and arrived at Pewter city first Leon stopped at the pokecenter to get everyone healed and ask where the gym was. Coming out of the center Leon noticed that it was almost night time so he figured he would stop by the gym set an appointment for his match the next morning.
So when he got to the gym he went in side and talked to the woman at the front desk and set the appointment and he also ask how many pokemon will Brock use she replied with four but i am not telling you what four just that their all rock types. He said thank you and left the gym and headed for nearby tree that he figured he would sleep under. But before he went to sleep he let out his two pokemon and told them tomorrow we will take on our first gym Battle and that they will win no matter what. So as morning came Leon woke up to a man nudging him with his foot when he looked up and saw who it was he got right up and apologized if he was in his way because it was Brock. Brock told him that he wasn't in his way he just wanted to know why a trainer would sleep outside when their was a pokecenter just a few blocks away. Leon told him that he made a appointment to face him in the morning and didn't want to be late. Brock said well since i am hear early we can go ahead and have our match if you want. Leon said yes i would love to so Brock told him to come in when he was all packed up.
Leon woke his team up and got packed as fast as he could and raced into the gym. Brock said that was quick and i am glad to see a young trainer as yourself so happy to have a battle.Leon said well yeah i am so excited that i cant stand still can we start pleas. With a smile on his face Brock said of course we can and brought out his first pokemon Geodude. It finally dawning on Leon that this is for real he put his serious face on and brought Dew out. Brock said Challenger starts the battle if you will please. Leon told Dew to use leach seed and follow up with growth.
Brock told Geodude to evade the seed which he did then use rollout. With the Geodude coming right at Dew Leon told it to use razer leaf which hit the Geodude head on knocking him out. Brock now seeing that Leon and his team are talented he sends out his second pokemon Kabutops. Brock tells Kabutops to use swords dance then hit the opponent with a slash. Leon trying to keep up with Brock tells Dew to use sunny day and brace for contact. When Kabutops hits Dew she goes flying but still able to get back up. Then Brock tells Kabutops to use headsmash on the opponent to finish it off. Leon tells Dew to use solarbeam on the Kabutops. Right when the Kabutops makes contact the solarbeam goes off knocking them both out.
They both return to their balls and Brock tells Leon this is far from over with which he reply's with yes it is. Now Leon sends out his last pokemon and most closes friend Hero and Brock send out his third pokemon Omastar. Leon tells Hero to use shadow force and follow it up with confusion. Brock tells Omastar to avoid the attack but it cant and then to use bubble which hits Hero stopping the confusion and slowing it down. Brock then tells his Omastar to use ice beam and Leon tells Hero to hit the beam with ice punch which causes the floor to get covered in ice. Brock tells Omastar to finish this battle with a water gun but Leon tells Hero to use Shadow sneak which makes him disappear just in time and he hits Omastar knocking it out.
Brock is surprised by this and says well this just got a whole lot more interesting as he sends out his ace Onix. Leon says i am going to win no matter what and tells Hero to use confusion on the Onix which makes full contact. Brock then tells Onix to use earthquake which ends up sending broken pieces of ice up into the air. Leon tells Hero to use those pieces of ice to evade the earthquake which it does. Then Brock tells Onix to use iron tail to knock the opponent out of the air. Leon tells Hero to avoid it using shadow sneak which doesn't work this time and Hero gets slammed into the ground. Hero is barley able to get back up and Brock tells Leon to give up or do you want to see your pokemon get heart. Leon says hell no Hero charge right at it with ice punch. Brock says i feel sorry for your pokemon that you wont stop Onix finish it off with another iron tail. So the when the tail makes contact with Hero's punch the ice is broken away to revel a new move drain punch which knocks the Onix out.
This leaves Brock speechless for a moment and then walks over to Leon telling him that was one of the best matches i have ever had and you earned this the Boulder badge. Leon takes the badge and says thank you for the great match and turns to Hero to give him a hug and tells him that he was amazing and returned him to his ball. Leon gets up and turns to Brock to shake his hand then leaves the gym to the pokecenter. Now fully healed Leon leaves the center to head to rout three. Which when he gets to the start of the rout he stops puts his manga away and brings Dew out to walk with him while they go through the rout. As they travel they come across some trainers beat them easily and a few wild pokemon who they fight and knock out.
Then a wild Shinx appears and this time Leon knows what to do he attacks it with a few razer leafs and then throws a pokeball at it and caught it. It turned out to be a male Shinx which he nicknamed Simba and now with the entrance to Mt.moon and the pokecenter that's their right around the corner. Leon notices a trainer selling some items beside the center and checks it out Leon notices he selling a few potions a parlyz heal a dawn stone which interest him a lot then he notices it a rare collectors edition of a manga series that is discontinued. Leon quickly ask how much for the series the trainer says 2200 poke and what about the dawn stone 200 poke ill take both. Now broke Leon heads into the center to stay the night and get his team healed.
Strengths:
Leon the go with the flow kind of guy he wont let what someone says effect him. And doesn't try to push against the current to much he will follow the norm unless it comes to his goals as a trainer.
Also from all the years of reading about the heroes in his manga's he tries to model him self after them. He will help anything out that needs it people, pokemon, and even bad guys if their life is in danger.
Leon is also has more battle experience then most trainers starting out. Because as he was growing up with his partner Hero they would train against his uncle and older sister every time he got a chance.
Weaknesses:
Leon is very competitive if he loses he gets an attitude and wont admit that the reason he lost was his fault. But rather he would find a way to blame his opponent like they cheated or they took cheap hits. But after he was given time to calm down he would admit to himself no one else that it was his fault. Then he would try to go train on the weakness that their opponent found and make it less notice able or completely gone.
Having come from a small town like Lavender he is very trusting of others. Because all the towns folk never betrayed him or his family so he just assumes everyone can be trusted. So that means he can easily persuaded to help someone even if it turns out he will get stabbed in the back.
Leon is also addicted to his manga's and listening to his music. So much so that when walking any where he will pull his manga out turn his music on and wont pay attention to his surroundings. And when he comes across a manga or collectors set he doesn't have he will do anything to get them.

Brock now seeing that Leon and his team are talented he sends out his second pokemon Kabutops. Brock tells Kabutops to use swords dance then hit the opponent with a slash. Leon trying to keep up with Brock tells Dew to use sunny day and brace for contact. When Kabutops hits Dew she goes flying but still able to get back up. Then Brock tells Kabutops to use headsmash on the opponent to finish it off. Leon tells Dew to use solarbeam on the Kabutops. Right when the Kabutops makes contact the solarbeam goes off knocking them both out.
They both return to their balls and Brock tells Leon this is far from over with which he reply's with yes it is. Now Leon sends out his last pokemon and most closes friend Hero and Brock send out his third pokemon Omastar. Leon tells Hero to use shadow force and follow it up with confusion. Brock tells Omastar to avoid the attack but it cant and then to use bubble which hits Hero stopping the confusion and slowing it down. Brock then tells his Omastar to use ice beam and Leon tells Hero to hit the beam with ice punch which causes the floor to get covered in ice. Brock tells Omastar to finish this battle with a water gun but Leon tells Hero to use Shadow sneak which makes him disappear just in time and he hits Omastar knocking it out.
Brock is surprised by this and says well this just got a whole lot more interesting as he sends out his ace Onix. Leon says i am going to win no matter what and tells Hero to use confusion on the Onix which makes full contact. Brock then tells Onix to use earthquake which ends up sending broken pieces of ice up into the air. Leon tells Hero to use those pieces of ice to evade the earthquake which it does. Then Brock tells Onix to use iron tail to knock the opponent out of the air. Leon tells Hero to avoid it using shadow sneak which doesn't work this time and Hero gets slammed into the ground. Hero is barley able to get back up and Brock tells Leon to give up or do you want to see your pokemon get heart. Leon says hell no Hero charge right at it with ice punch. Brock says i feel sorry for your pokemon that you wont stop Onix finish it off with another iron tail. So the when the tail makes contact with Hero's punch the ice is broken away to revel a new move drain punch which knocks the Onix out.
This leaves Brock speechless for a moment and then walks over to Leon telling him that was one of the best matches i have ever had and you earned this the Boulder badge. Leon takes the badge and says thank you for the great match and turns to Hero to give him a hug and tells him that he was amazing and returned him to his ball. Leon gets up and turns to Brock to shake his hand then leaves the gym to the pokecenter. Now fully healed Leon leaves the center to head to rout three. Which when he gets to the start of the rout he stops puts his manga away and brings Dew out to walk with him while they go through the rout. As they travel they come across some trainers beat them easily and a few wild pokemon who they fight and knock out.
Then a wild Shinx appears and this time Leon knows what to do he attacks it with a few razer leafs and then throws a pokeball at it and caught it. It turned out to be a male Shinx which he nicknamed Simba and now with the entrance to Mt.moon and the pokecenter that's their right around the corner. Leon notices a trainer selling some items beside the center and checks it out Leon notices he selling a few potions a parlyz heal a dawn stone which interest him a lot then he notices it a rare collectors edition of a manga series that is discontinued. Leon quickly ask how much for the series the trainer says 2200 poke and what about the dawn stone 200 poke ill take both. Now broke Leon heads into the center to stay the night and get his team healed.
Strengths:
Leon the go with the flow kind of guy he wont let what someone says effect him. And doesn't try to push against the current to much he will follow the norm unless it comes to his goals as a trainer.
Also from all the years of reading about the heroes in his manga's he tries to model him self after them. He will help anything out that needs it people, pokemon, and even bad guys if their life is in danger.
Leon is also has more battle experience then most trainers starting out. Because as he was growing up with his partner Hero they would train against his uncle and older sister every time he got a chance.
Weaknesses:
Leon is very competitive if he loses he gets an attitude and wont admit that the reason he lost was his fault. But rather he would find a way to blame his opponent like they cheated or they took cheap hits. But after he was given time to calm down he would admit to himself no one else that it was his fault. Then he would try to go train on the weakness that their opponent found and make it less notice able or completely gone.
Having come from a small town like Lavender he is very trusting of others. Because all the towns folk never betrayed him or his family so he just assumes everyone can be trusted. So that means he can easily persuaded to help someone even if it turns out he will get stabbed in the back.
Leon is also addicted to his manga's and listening to his music. So much so that when walking any where he will pull his manga out turn his music on and wont pay attention to his surroundings. And when he comes across a manga or collectors set he doesn't have he will do anything to get them.

Right then, I admit I haven't read your character in detail yet but there's a few bits to your SU that immediately jump out at me. As far as detail goes your appearance, family and interests/goals sections have plenty of detail (in fact there's so much in family that some paragraphing would make it easier to read xD). The strengths and weaknesses need work though. There's not enough detail to either and your weaknesses for the most part could use some reviewing - in particularly the last one. Try to aim for three strengths and three weaknesses and give some explanation on them.
Other than that little bit you should be fine although I'll give your family section a more detailed look after. Looking forward to seeing your finished SU :)

Sorry about the bad structure of the family/background body. And i fixed and added more to the strengths and weaknesses section. hope it is better
My only problem is that last part in your family/history now.
You should have been to Pewter and battled Brock already and something feels kind of iffy about you being teleported halfway across the country.
