    Not surprising at all:

    Spoiler:

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! But the Game Corners are always so much fun!

I called this one right from the beginning, and a tweet from a few months back only made it even more evident. It's always safe to assume the Game Corner will never be in any future games.

And it's all thanks to Europe and their anti-gambling laws that the Game Corner is a thing of the past. At least this means the 5 TMs (Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Double Team, Psychic) it had in the originals will now be found in an alternative location. But the question now is, where will these TMs now be found?

Stupid, stupid Europe! The Game Corners are more like Chuck E. Cheese's than they are like casinos!

I'm not sure if you're kidding or being serious...

The Hoenn GC may be the coolest with the roulette table, but Game Corners weren't that fun to begin with. Do you actually play with the slots and all that? I remember just spending a **** ton of money on coins rather than play with the virtual machines.

If Game Freak can remove it and add more exciting features, I'll be way happier.

Aw, lighten up! The Game Corner's always worth visiting at least once! Little in-game mini-games like that are always sort of cool…not that I was ever any good at them or anything. You are right, though, in saying that I shouldn't whine about this one little removed location when GameFreak has more than made up for it with all of the other stuff that it's put into OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire. I sure will miss it, though…

    WHAT'S THIS: GB Sounds[/spoiler]

Yeah, what's up with that? I hope that this is true, because the GB sounds are always really fun (I wish FireRed and LeafGreen had them, too, actually.) On that note, though, do you guys think that there'll ever be an analogous feature for the graphics of Pokémon remakes? I think something like that would be really cool, but I haven't heard anything that comes even close to hinting at the existence of such a feature and/or item in OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire, so we'll probably have to wait for a future remake in order to get it (maybe it'll be in the Generation VII or VIII Diamond/Pearl/Platinum remakes, eh?)

Well I looked through that pastebin, and it is definitely nice that they're adjusting several of the level-up moves to make usage of the Hoenn Pokémon more convenient and enjoyable like they did with the old Pokémon in Black 2 and White 2.

And if we're getting Johto starters again, that's no surprise because of how it was in Emerald.

Has there been any info on the fate of Gen 5 Pokemon? I know the remakes integrate them into the roster (as we've seen with Audino) but any info on more than just 1 being added?

    EDIT:
Does that say Beautifly learns Rage at level 37?! I'm hoping that's a typo and they mean Rage Powder cause that's just.... no. On another note, Looks like Shiftry gained an even better boost than Ludicolo :\ Shiftry gets Hurricane and Ludicolo gets nothing.

Kristhofer has leaked some more Mega Stone locations via his Twitter account: Medichamite is found at Mt. Pyre, and the Absolite is found in the Safari Zone.

Also, Xatu's 3D model is still shown gliding like it was in XY... which is just ugh because it's always something that looked good standing. I guess it's only shown standing in the Pokedex then. However, it's kinda interesting he ran into a wild Xatu in the Safari Zone, because in the originals Natu was found but not Xatu.

The aesthetic appearance of the Safari Zone was also drastically changed. Some areas now have really tall grass, which like as I mentioned with Route 118 earlier, was not present in the originals.

Actually either emerald or ruby and sapphire had both of them. I want to say it was emerald though because i just played that recently. So it isn't abnormal for xatu to be there but absolite is strange.

Lotad gets Giga Drain without breeding, that's good enough of a boost for me.

Just look at how they acknowledged the Game Corner's removal here:
    Spoiler:

They literally closed it down, with a little message on it.

I'm really looking forward to using the DevNav, I've never really been one for hunting Pokemon with the best natures, movesets etc but this will certainly influence me to do so!

I don't know about you, but it's pretty jarring that Lotad gets two Grass-type attacks by level-up (beyond Absorb) and Lombre gets none. Granted one of them is a TM but it's still not necessary.

And Shiftry gets Hurricane? Too bad that the weather condition most Grass-types favor ruins that.

Yeah that's annoying that we have to keep holding off Lotad's evolution to get the good moves. I always know how annoying that can be without an Everstone because you have to constantly press B during that evolution screen.

Shiftry with Hurricane is interesting. At least it has an answer to its nasty Bug weakness now.

I looked at the map of the originals' Safari Zone and it didn't have any of the very tall grass on it.

2 days left, one for every known Primal.

Well in 48 hours or so I should be picking up my pre-ordered copy :3.

Btw does anyone here live in an area where it's snowing a lot? It's going to be difficult to pick up the game for you I imagine.

Here's image proof of the Johto starters existing in the game:
    Spoiler:

According to the Tumblr user who posted this pic, he mentions they don't have their hidden abilities, just the standard Overgrow/Blaze/Torrent. So don't get hopes up about HA's, but it's nice to see they incorporated the Johto starters which was an Emerald-only feature as far as the original Hoenn games go.

So they might be having some elements from Emerald in the game, just not the Battle Frontier though.
