On the Cliffside map on CoD 5 I saw a black outline and I wasnt even sure if it was someone so I shot at it randomly with my M1 Garand and got a headshot and then in a different match I shot at where the hill at the end of the map is because people snipe from there and without even knowing someone was there scored a headshot.

Also I played Fifa 07 with my friend, my first time on an xbox and beat him 9-0. He tried aswell.

EDIT: I thought the two threads were quite different, one was ownings while the other was epic bits in single player mostly.

Yes, I thought "Epic WINZ" was about moments when the player pulled off something awesome and "Epic moments" was about something in the game itself, like a part of the story or whatever.

Either way, a new "epic moment/win" I had would be last night while my internet was down, I played GTA IV and ended up making a heroic escape from the cops and then jumped off a high building ending in my death.

I solo'd an expert tank in the L4D demo back before the game was out. It even said in the console that I would have earned the achievement had they not been disabled. I think I had an autoshotty, but I can't remember if it was on fire or not. I do remember that I basically ran it up and down the stairs to the train part and ran him around a lot. Everyone in the game was pretty excited. I think I ended up getting smokered before I could get to the hero closet, though.

I don't have many EPIC WINZ in games. I mostly get pwned. However, I did score an EPIC WIN in 2007.

I was visiting this casino with a friend of mine from work and I was at the arcade while my friend gambled. I was playing this Fast and Furious arcade game by myself and I had a few other people join in. One of them was this snot-nosed, little 14-year-old brat who had this super powerful uber car he saved with the game's savecard system or whatever that is.

We all entered this championship mode where there was a series of races. The kid kept on mocking me about how I sucked at the game, even though I never played it before. I'm a veteran of Daytona USA and have played my fair share of arcade racing games, so I managed to hold my own and souped up my car with enhancements earned after each race.

So, we get to the final race where it's winner take all. The kid held onto first place for most of the race until the final jump before the finish line and he kept on bragging how he's going to win. I was right behind him and we both jumped off and he screwed up his landing while I had a great landing and used what's left of my Nitro to pass him and I beat his little snobby butt. After that, he cried foul, saying that I cheated when in fact, he just screwed up and I was there to reap the rewards.

So, that's one of my few EPIC WINZ! I may have more if I remember them.

Probably in a wi-fi battle in '07. This person had me down to my last two Pokémon, he wasn't missing a single Pokémon. As his Gyarados was weak from Life Orb recoil, he switched in for Gengar, as I set up a Substitute with Ambipom. I Agilitied, Gengar using Thunderbolt and busting my Sub. I Baton Passed the speed to Garchomp, who wasn't affected by yet another T-bolt. I Sword's Danced after KOing Gengar. I was able to sweep the whole team. =)

Soon afterward, Garchomp was placed in the uber tier. XD

The other day I took on Sato in a wifi match on brawl
One of our matchs was the Bridge on Elden
we were both down to our last lives and jumped to the other side since the bridge was out
well he was Wario and decided to ride his bike acroos and jump of but the bridge came cback and he was traped,thus falling to his death

The six kills with two bullets feat in Call of Duty 4 still remains the most epic spanking I have dished out.

I was playing Halo not too long ago though, and when I start killing with every single sniper shot (I prefer no shields games), emptying magazines with frightening speed, I start to wonder if I'm pissing anyone off. :0
But then, it's fairly normal for me to get a 3:1 KDR in Halo, in any other games it's barely 1:1.

I was playing Tekken 5 and I got beaten up real bad by a Tekken Lord and when I got to switch characters I chose random and I got Nina who I've never used except for Story Mode. I ended up getting a perfect on the Tekken Lord.

Star Wars Battlefront 2
I was playing on Naboo as the CIS faction and was using a Droideka. I rolled over to a command post infested with Clones, activated my shield, then killed like 25-35 Clone Troopers.

Also,

With ruthless efficiency, played CIS on Naboo again then captured all the Command Posts within 5 minutes of playing.

GTA San Andreas
Stole a tank(without cheats) by getting six stars. Then rampaged through the city and caused multiple explosions in San Fierro. It was Epic!
