  • EXTERMINATION

    In an era where science reigns supreme, discoveries are made daily. Whether it be in medicine, genetics, or Pokémon training leaps forward have been made in the last fifty years. Familiar faces have even been completely replaced by machines; Pokémon Centers are no longer run by nurses, and when one wants to go shopping all they must do is give their order to a machine enclosed in bullet proof glass, and the merchandise will be dispensed. This has become commonplace in society, and in modern day if one were to suggest that nurses and clerks should return they would be regarded as insane.

    But even as benign changes like these are made, there are always experiments that the public is not aware of. Twenty years ago research began for a fool-proof way to duplicate the genetic structure of both people and Pokémon. It was referred to as Genetic Organism Duplication -- G.O.D. Finally, these experiments came to fruition. On February 11, 2062 the first Pokémon was successfully cloned. The female Rattata, christened Eve, became the subject of further tests. She lived for five years, far shorter than any natural born Rattata. During her lifetime it was determined that she was unable to bear young, and that it was impossible for a Pokémon to be cloned with a natural eye color; Eve, and all of the Pokémon cloned after her, had black irises. This was looked upon as a scientific curiosity, no more, no less. Sometimes Pokémon would have extra markings as well, such as stripes or spots where a True Born member of the species would not.

    Soon after Eve's death, the first human was cloned by Innovative Genetic Experimentation Co. Going with the trend, he was named Adam. Though there was controversy among the scientists over what they ought to do now, he was, in the end, kept as a test subject. Like Eve, he was sterile, and his irises were black. The issue of shortened life had already been remedied with the addition of a longevity gene. Only a select few were allowed to know what the tests were and what they involved but it was commonly rumored that they were painful, inhumane, and sometimes unnecessary.

    Unbeknownst to I.C.E.. Co., Adam had been plotting his escape for decades. Since his creation other humans had been cloned, and they were now test subjects, just as he was. His humiliation, pain, and anger had been allowed to simmer for his entire lifetime until finally, he had enough. During one of the tests he managed to escape when the genetic science technician turned his back. Adam managed to steal a single Pokémon from the Pokémon testing wing. Ironically, it was a female Rattata. The first chance he had to reach the main power grid, he turned it off, therefore disabling the electric locks to all of the cages and containment cells, as well as the security systems. I.G.E. Co. was able to recover most of its test subjects after that day, but a number did escape. Sadly, Adam was recaptured, but not before he gave his journal to one of the escapees and told her to get the word out to the public about the treatment they received.

    While Adam's motives were pure, there were those who would not settle simply for the downfall of I.G.E. Co. Some would not be satisfied until Synthetics, the term the clones had come up with for themselves, had taken over completely, making the True Born humans their slaves. They prevailed, and within a year the Sinnoh region had succumbed. But there were some True Borns that would not be beaten. They exist all over Sinnoh, always hidden, and their goal is to take their world back. But they lack the resources of the clones. The True Borns' only advantage is that their population can continue to swell naturally, while the Synthetics must resort to cloning to reproduce. And, of course, they have their natural born Pokémon.

    As it now stands, any True Born who shows their face in public risks being killed on the spot if they do not conceal the fact that their eyes are colored. Some are not killed, but instead kept for reproductive purposes. Naturally born wild Pokémon are rounded up every day and sent to Biotech Industries, to have their genes harvested for cloning.

    The Synthetics, on the other hand, have their own lives to worry about. They are well aware that they are abominations of nature, and every day is a struggle to convince themselves and the world that they have the right to live, to take what ought to be theirs. This involves capturing all of the True Borns and natural Pokémon and putting them in labs to have their genes extracted for reproduction.

    The world is in a state of chaos and hostility, and the balance of nature has been disturbed. One way or another, it will right itself. The result could be detrimental to life, and every day the True Borns come ever closer to extinction. If the battle here is not won, the human race will be globally stamped out. The future of the world balances precariously on the decisions of each individual. At every turn, both the True Borns and the Synthetics face extermination.

    ~~~
    Plot Summary
    You can either be a Synthetic or a True Born. This will greatly affect your role in the RP.
    Synthetics: You are merely a product of the True Born's curiosity. You held no more importance than that in society, at least until the Synthetic uprising. Now all of Sinnoh belongs to you. The President is Naomi Johnson, the woman who received Adam's journal when she was a girl. As far as most Synthetics are concerned, she is the hero of the universe. She leads the movement to capture all True Borns and incarcerate them.
    T.B.R.A.: True Born Recovery Agents are employed by the Synthetic government to find and either capture or kill True Borns and natural born Pokémon. They are the only individuals permitted to train Naturalized Pokémon -- Synthetic Pokémon that have been enclosed in a Biodome engineered by Biotech Industries for no more than one year and no less than six months. These Pokémon are meant to combat the naturally born Pokémon of the True Borns. The T.B.R.A. headquarters is in Sunyshore, the Synthetic capitol of Sinnoh.
    True Borns: The True Borns are simply humans that were born naturally. Their goal is to regain control of the Sinnoh region, and stop the Synthetics from taking over the rest of the world. There are varying degrees of viciousness among them. Some would kill a Synthetic on sight, while others would rather reason with them. They hide in all sorts of places; underground forts, abandoned buildings, and settlements in the woods. They are only able to come out at night, though some braver individuals will venture forth during the day. There are no different factions to the True Born movement. In an effort to keep some form of political order, the president is Xavier Wilcott. He was a well respected political leader before the Synthetic movement.
    Important People
    Adam
    Adam was the first cloned human. His creation was symbolic in scientific history, proving that man could indeed triumph over nature. But man took it too far. He was kept as a test subject and experiments were performed on him and the Synthetics that followed daily. These experiments ranged from harmless and beneficent to excruciatingly painful, lethal, and unnecessary. Adam put up with it for decades until finally he'd had enough. As soon as the opportunity showed itself Adam escaped, stole a Rattata, and set as many of the other Synthetics free as he could. Sadly, he was captured, but not before he gave the Rattata and his journal to one of the Synthetics he set free. It is unknown what happened to him afterward.
    Naomi Johnson
    The legal leader of the Sinnoh region, Naomi Johnson is the cloned human that Adam gave his journal and Rattata to before he was captured. Her ownership of the journal led her to become something of an icon to the Synthetics. She is never seen without the Rattata, which she christened Everette in honor of the first cloned Rattata. Everette is her only Pokémon, and has since evolved into Raticate. Johnson assembled a small army of fugitive Synthetics and they began to attack Sinnoh cities. Over time more Synthetics joined until she had a legion behind her. Jubilife, the capitol of Sinnoh, was the last city to fall. The capitol of Sinnoh is now Sunyshore, seeing as Johnson thinks the close proximity to the sea is more conductive to naval warfare if the need arises. She resides in Sunyshore, in the building that was once the gym. She runs a clean government with the best interests of the people in mind, and always strives to do what the people need. Recently she published Adam's journal, worsening the hatred of the True Borns for the Synthetics. Naomi Johnson is the founder of Biotech Industries. Rumor has it that she knows Adam's whereabouts.
    Xavier Wilcott
    Xavier Wilcott was a well respected liberal politician before the Synthetic movement. He was unaware of I.G.E. Co.'s attempts to clone organisms, and only knew of I.G.E. Co's success when the first escaped Synthetics began appearing near cities. Afraid of what could happen, he was with the committee that moved to have them rounded up and contained, but they were too late. The Synthetics had already begun taking over the smaller towns. Knowing that the battle was already lost, Wilcott went into hiding in the Old Chateau in Eterna Forest. It was pure blind luck that the squads of Synthetics sent to find True Borns did not search the Chateau, leaving him to fight another day. Moving under the cover of darkness, Wilcott set to work making sure that the boards on the windows were light proof, and making the inside of the Chateau habitable. His efforts proved profitable. Xavier Wilcott's next move was to find as many True Borns as he could. He informed him of the Chateau and took them back there. After a time the Chateau became somewhat like a miniature city. He was elected president almost immediately. Publicly, his plans are to repopulate to at least one hundred and storm city after city mercilessly until Sinnoh belongs to the True Borns again. By his side is a Zangoose named Jack that he has had since he was a young boy.
    ~~~

    Original Pokéballs are not in use on the Synthetic side. They have developed three varieties of their own, and they are as follows.

    The Primary Ball

    EXTERMINATION

    A device for containing Pokémon. This ball can be used to capture wild Pokémon, either for training or to be sent to the designated location for naturally born Wild Pokémon. It has a grey top, a light blue bottom, and a slightly darker blue band.

    The Magna Ball

    EXTERMINATION

    The Magna Ball is one step up from the Primary Ball. It has a higher catch rate and is more technologically advanced than the Primary Ball. It has a dark purple band, a primarily grey top, purple bottom, and a purple circle on the top.

    The Gene Ball

    EXTERMINATION

    When one goes to I.G.E. Co. to get a cloned Pokémon this is the ball that it comes from. They are also provided when a Synthetic government official intends to capture a cloned Pokémon from one of the Biodomes all across Sinnoh. It is possible but not necessary to then transfer the Pokémon to a Primary or other ball. It has a primarily navy blue top with two thick electric green stripes, an electric green bottom, and a forest green band.

    The Synthetic Pokémon all have the capability to learn the move Splice at level 30. Splice is an energy consuming finishing move, such as Close Combat or Overheat, of the Dark type. The eyes of the Pokémon glow dark purple and they spew a beam of pure energy from some part of their body which differs from species to species; for instance, Blastoise attacks from its cannons, and Staryu attacks from its gem, while Charizard attacks from its mouth. If Splice hits it contorts the DNA structure of the target, causing intense pain. In some cases if the Pokémon is strong enough mutations may be observed in the targets of this attack. Thus far, this has only been observed once in Synthetic history. After using Splice a Pokémon begins to feel fatigued and perhaps even nauseous. It is very unlikely that it would be able to continue battling. In some instances the user has even died if they were already low on energy. As a result, Splice is only used when completely necessary.

    Rules and Expectations

    1. I thrive on post length and proper grammar. If you can't keep up with one or both of these things I warn you that your time would probably be better spent somewhere else.
    2. Don't be afraid to ask questions if you're not sure of something.
    3. I don't mind romance between characters, just make sure you don't do something against PC rules.
    4. Cursing isn't prohibited, just don't be overzealous.
    5. Notify me if you will be dropping out or inactive for a period of time.
    6. Absolutely no godmodding. This isn't so much a rule as a vital law for life. Angry clones will eat anyone who violates this rule.
    7. This RP has been rated PG 13 for violence, serious and controversial issues, and for the fact that mild cursing is allowed in moderation.

    SU Format

    Name: [First and last. Middle and alias if applicable.]
    Age: [Just be reasonable about it. I'm not going to give any constraints, because there are none.]
    Gender: [One of two.]
    Faction: [Synthetic or True Born? If you choose Synthetic, go a step further and tell me if they're rebellious or sympathetic. And if they are rebellious, are they part of the T.B.R.A.?]
    Appearance: [Remember, Synthetics all have black eyes, but True Borns are allowed to have any eye color. But while Synthetic characters are able to be well groomed and manicured, the True Borns are likely to be a bit rough around the edges due to their time away from society.]
    Personality: [What are they like? What do they love, what do they hate? How do they feel about the way things are in the world present day?]
    History: [Include everything from birth to present day. Make their history match up to their personalities, and explain how they came to be where they are. True Born characters must either start in the Chateau or get there in their first post. Synthetic characters must either start in Sunyshore or get there in their first post.]
    Pokémon: [Up to three. Include their moves, they may know up to five. If your Pokémon are Synthetic, they can know Splice. Splice is somewhat like the Shadow moves from Pokémon Colosseum. More info above. A True Born may own only one Synthetic and must have a very good explanation as to how they procured it, while a Synthetic may only own one Naturalized Pokémon, and then only if they are a T.B.R.A. The rest must be normal Synthetic Pokémon . Include on every Pokémon: Name, gender, species, appearance, personality, and a short paragraph on history. Trainer cards are appreciated but not necessary. If you cannot make yourself a trainer card or cannot find a site that makes them after you get accepted I will sprite it for you. Or maybe someone else in the RP will if they've got the skills.]
    RP Sample: [This is just to make sure your skills and style are what I'm searching for here.]

  • Name: Jonathan Bishop

    Age: 24

    Gender: Male

    Faction: True Born

    Appearance: Jonathan has a mysterious looking figure. He is about 6'0" and weighs close to 160 pounds. His face is cleanly shaved but rough with small scars here and there, but one noticeable one that stretches across the left side of his jaw. Jonathan's hair is black and is medium cut and is combed straight forward. His skin is very tanned and dry from the long hours in the sun. His eyes are dark brown and show signs of his brutality. Jonathan wears a black skintight undershirt with the sleeves cut off. Over that he has a long faded brown colored trench coat with several tears and bullet holes in it. The collar of the coat is folded up while the tail of the coat hangs down just below his knees. Wrapped around the waist of Jonathan's body over the coat is a black worn out belt with a green canister tied onto a hook on the right side, this is where Jonathan stores his Poke'balls. Jonathan's black jeans are noticeably dusty and worn out and clipped to both sides is black holsters which hold two energy pistols. His boots are normally brown but have faded to almost black and are covered with dirt and dried up mud on the soles. Jonathan also wears dark sunglasses to avoid his eyes from being noticed too easily and cracked black leather gloves. And hanging from his neck is a silver beaded chain, covered with dry mud and other types of stains, connected to it is two army tags, one silver from his time serving in the air force and the other a metallic black color from serving in the Synthetic marine army.

    Personality: Jonathan is a very rash person. The choices he makes aren't always the best and he is quick to jump to conclusions. With his rashness is a sort of fierce brutality and mercilessness; Jonathan hardly ever hesitates when it comes to killing an enemy. When it comes to synthetic humans, Jonathan feels almost sorry for them, but still is quick to kill them as well. His idea is that real humans should be in control and they are just false sub beings that are supposed to be under human control. The actions took upon those synthetic humans and Pokemon couldn't have been inhumane because they weren't even real living creatures. Jonathan wishes to see the humans gain control of the world back, but so far he has peacefully lived in hiding, just letting things act out on their own. This is primarily because he himself owns a Synthetic Pokemon, causing him to question his true hatred for the Synthetics.

    History: Jonathan Bishop was born on one of the many islands of Orange Islands to Mary and Steven Bishop on November 11 about 15 years before the creation of Eve. He grew up in a small colony like town where technology was very slow in advancing and Pokemon of all kinds thrived, even on such a small island the colony was located. His parents were local Pokemon breeders and the value of Pokemon life was believed in deeply by him and his family. Jonathan didn't have any siblings and grew up with hardly any friends, giving him a lot of free time to get into trouble. He was always found doing something idiotic, from crazy stunts to harassing dangerous wild Pokemon and always found himself injured in some way. Jonathan flew through school, mainly because he bullied a kid to give him the answers to all of the tests, and he always scored in the top percentile of his class. At the age of 17, Jonathan's parents decided to move to Solaceon City after his parents heard about the large breeding facility located there. In Solaceon, Jonathan had learned more about Pokemon and about Pokemon adventures which most kids would normally start at the age of 10, but at 17 he decided himself to be too old to start now. Instead, he decided to enlist into the army. He decided to join the Air Force and was assigned two partners for combat, two young male bird Pokemon; a Pidgey and Starly whom he eventually trained to large Pidgeot and Staraptor. For 4 years Jonathan served in the Air Force willingly and happily, but one day, there was a sudden change in control. He had heard about the synthetic creations and had even been on missions pertaining to either annihilating them or just capturing them, he never thought he would find himself serving them. In just a year or so everything seemed to be ran by synthetic humans and Jonathan was forced to serve them and was eventually stationed in Sunnyshore as a marine where they assigned him a Water Pokemon, a Synthetic Sharpedo. At the age of 24, the fort he was stationed at was raided by a group of True Borns. It was then that he realized he didn't have to serve the Synthetics and eventually found himself running off to Turnback Cave, a few miles away from a True Born camp. He didn't feel the need to get himself involved in any of the fighting going on so he lived in solitude, waiting for the right time to attack or just for everything to return to normal.

    Pokémon:
    1. Name: Gold
    Gender: Male
    Species: Pidgeot
    Appearance: Gold was skillfully bred to serve in the army making him very large with massive talons and a very sharp beak. Over his eyes he has specially fitted goggles which allow him to lock on to targets and gain data on the things he sees. The top part of his beak is plated with a steel tip as well as his talons. Along his back is steel plated armor which is scratched and a bit dented, on top of it is a brown leather saddle. Equipped on the back of his armor is two small thrusters that causes Gold to be able to reach incredible speeds that can compete with fighter planes, but they hardly work now. Along Gold's breast and neck is a similar silver plated armor. Gold has a gash on the right side of his stomach and small cuts along his wings.
    Personality: Gold is a very hasty Pokemon but not as rash as Jonathan. Being bred to fight and kill, he doesn't hesitate and is brutal when doing so. Gold is very loyal to Jonathan only and doesn't respond at all to strangers.
    History: Gold was born from a long line of army Pidgeot and as soon as he was born he was assigned to Jonathan and nicknamed "Gold," his full army name was "Gold PF 3467" to follow the trend of all the "Pidgeot Fighters." During one "dogfight" he had with an enemy Staraptor, he suffered a severe beating and was afflicted upon the large gash in his side and the several cuts along his wings. Besides that one battle, Gold has been very successful in battles and missions. On one mission he lost the machine guns equipped on the front of his armor. During Jonathan's escape from Sunnyshore, Gold was rode upon.
    Moves: Wing Attack, Tailwind, Air Slash, Mirror Move, Featherdance

    2. Name: Silver
    Gender: Male
    Species: Staraptor
    Appearance: Silver, also being bred to fight in the army, is wielded with larger and more powerful than normal features. He is about the size of an Arcanine but slightly smaller than Gold. He features golden armor similar to that of Gold's, but it is a lot lighter and covers less area of his body. The two thrusters are very small compared to Gold's but are still functional.
    Personality: Silver's personality was skillfully bred similar to Gold's only he is a bit more friendlier towards strangers as he was to be trained to interact with others such as delivering messages which are too important to be sent electronically with the risk of being intercepted. Silver isn't too much of a fighter and is a bit more calm compared to Gold.
    History: Silver was as well bred from a long ancestry of battle Staraptor and was immediately assigned to Jonathan under the full codename of Silver SF2900. (Not much else on his history.)
    Moves: Wing Attack, Double Team, Brave Bird, Whirlwind, Roost

    3. Name: Torpid
    Gender: Male
    Species: Sharpedo
    Appearance: Torpid was genetically created to battle. He is about the same size as Jonathan's Staraptor, which is about the size of an Arcanine. He is equipped with a black colored armor that is fitted across each part of his body: the top of his head, front of the fins, and along it's back, side, and stomach. Over his eyes, colored black from the fact of being a Synthetic Pokemon, is high-tech goggles, similar to that of Gold and Silver.
    Personality: Torpid is a sinister Pokemon that was genetically made to kill at any cause. Although he is very mean and ruthless, Torpid loves Jonathan very much even after the neglect he put him through when he first received him. Once Jonathan began to trust Torpid, they became very loyal partners to each other.
    History: Torpid, formerly codenamed "Nightmare S3.6" was genetically made to serve as an infiltrator through the water. He was created and assigned to Jonathan when he served as a marine. They carried out several missions, primarily taking down large tanker ships, battleships, and other type of water vessels. Jonathan himself nicknamed Torpid to make it easier to call him.
    Moves: Splice, Aqua Jet, Crunch, Skull Bash, Dark Pulse

    RP Sample: Tin looked up, he could already see Ecruteak City in a distance. It was just a few miles away but at the speed the train was going, it would arrive in a few minutes.

    Then something blocked out the sun, just for an instant. Huh? Tin looked up and seen two large bird things soaring through the sky. He watched in awe as a rainbow appeared over the bright sun and then it disappeared as the two Pokemon became less visible.

    Sitting in a trance on top of the train, Tin didn't notice they were already at the Ecruteak Train Station and the jerk of the stop sent him flying off the train and landing on the ground on his back.

    "Oow." Tin groaned as he struggled to get back up, but before he could some Pokemon attacked him. "Aah!" It slammed him into the train and then jumped back to join some armored things.

    "Hey what's the deal!" Tin yelled enraged by the sudden attack. Then something grabbed him, a Sneasel. It had used Faint Attack to get close up on him. They threatened him to keep quiet.

    "Say one word and we will kill you." The Sneasel said. Then one of the armored beings came up and whispered into Tin's ear "If you want to live then you must help us. You see, the people inside that train are evil beings, they are trying to destroy the world and we are trying to stop them." A pause... "When one of the people come out, you must attack immediately, got it!?" Tin nodded helplessly and hid next to the door, waiting for the others to come out. Well they did seem kind of fishy. Hmm. Perhaps...no. Not Zero, she can't be...maybe just the Raichu Morph guy is. No! Tin was conflicting with himself on if he should help these beings or not. When one of them noticed his uncertainty they threatened him once more, but this time with more persuasion in it. "You must help us, if you don't, then we will assume your one of them and be forced to destroy you. You in or not?"

    Tin had no choice. "I'm in." He charged a little bit of electricity around him and thought to himself, Well if you guys are against the Pokemon world then your in for a shocking surprise. He then stopped for a second and thought to himself again, Wow that was lame. He felt kind of stupid for even doing something like this, he could've ran but...to protect the Pokemon world...it was his mission.

    Name: Alexander Wilson

    Age: 21

    Gender: Male

    Faction: Synthetic, T.B.R.A.

    Appearance: Alexander is a white man in his early twenties. He is a bit smaller than the average high of fully grown men. His hair is black along with his irises. Alexander's nose sticks out a bit more then usual too, and is more angular. His hair has recently gotten out of control, and hangs in his eyes, but doesn't get close to his shoulder. Alexander keeps himself well shaven and clean cut during the work week. He wears a jagged "birth" scar going down his right arm. It is generally a black purple color, but has gone red when blood is pumped into it for various reasons.

    Alexander wears light navy blue pants to work. A jacket covers his waist line with an inch to spare. The jacket is a light gray. Under his jacket, which is almost always closed, he has a black undershirt. Finishing up his regal look, he wears black shoes.

    Personality: Alexander acts emotionless, and cold to people around him. Not mean, but not open either. He is overprotective of friends or close colleagues. Alexander has also been known to finish things slightly early, but will often procrastinate, and finish it minuets before it is due.

    Alexander has mixed feelings about the True Borns. He will only be hostile towards one if people are around, and will help them (if he meets any).

    History: Alexander was "born" shortly after Adam escaped. Alexander saw whom he was cloned after, and since he was a newer clone, looked just like him. He was forced to watch as the scientists killed the man in front of him. Alexander felt guilty that the man died for his creation, and took upon his last name. When I.C.E. was closed, Alexander looked for Wilson's family.

    After a month of searching, he found his "father's" wife. He entered, much to her surprise, and explained what had happened from his creation till now. Wilson's wife was crying through the whole story, but tried to stop to listen as much as she could. Alexander went on to say that he was sorry, and is trying to make his sacrifice worth it. He gave Wilson's wife a friendly hug to try and comfort her, and then left.

    Alexander heard about the Synthetics fighting into the human populace, and was appalled. He had a strong sense that he needed to protect his creators, and that they deserved respect. He, however, was unaware of the experiments that the other went through. Alexander met up with the hostile group of synthetics, and tried to talk them out of fighting. It was no use, so he ran ahead of the raiding party, and warned anyone who would listen to him about the coming attacks.

    Alexander was swept up in the attacks, and was pulled into the synthetics ranks once more, but on the other side. He helped his brothers and sisters with the medical skills he had learned from traveling, but refused to fight. Alexander knew that any resistance wouldn't last for more than a month once the horde of clones had set their eye on it.

    After all the fighting, Alexander moved to Sunyshore to help with the pokemon research. He was frightened to learn what the T.B.R.A. was doing to people and pokemon alike, and joined them to try and stop it. Alexander was put into the medical division, and tried to make the lives of captured True Borns, and pokemon better. Around his fellow workers, he tries to look down on the True Borns genetically inferior to keep his cover.

    Pokemon:

    Toxicroak
    Male Poison Jab/ Pursuit/ Taunt/ Cross Chop
    A- Normal looking, but the red spots are orange from the cloning process. (Gene ball)
    P- Toxicroak tends to be hostile, or simply ignores the people and pokemon around him. Seems to know if someone, or a pokemon, is TB.
    H- Alexander requested a Croagunk that he had been working with for a month. It had suffered a "birth defect" and was constantly ill. Alexander saved him, and boosted his immune system. Alexander hasn't switched him into a normal pokeball, and doesn't plan to.

    Vibrava [N]
    Male Crunch/ Dragon Breath/ Sandstorm/ Gust
    A- Normal (Primary ball)
    P- Seems to be kind twards humans, and slightly hostile to the synthetics. Unknown what will happen upon seeing other pokemon.
    H- Alexander is against the capture to TB, so decided to "ambush" a cart of pokemon on their way to the cloning facility. He only took one pokeball, as to not arouse suspicions, but was still a small victory in his eyes. He let the Trapinch out into the Biodome to train it. Helpfully, it's eyes where black (naturally, since all Trapinch's are), and it buried it's self when others came around. Since it has evolved though, Alexander has been a lot more careful with letting him out.

    Gastly
    Male Hypnosis/ Night Shade/ Will-O-Wisp
    A- Normal (Primary ball)
    P- Gastly is somewhat shy, and avoids people. Instead he goes for their things, causing trouble.
    H- Alexander was given Gastly by the T.B.R.A. It was one of the first ghost pokemon they were able to clone, and wanted Alexander to look after it to make sure it didn't have any side effects. This is Alexander's newest pokemon, and as such, hasn't been trained much.

    RP sample: Ummmm, I'm in Dark Void with you. Is this needed?

  • Serin, for one of your aviary Pokemon to have special armor is permissible. The other may have armor, but it can't be special. That would be too much of an advantage. For now, pending.

    Flames, it states under Naomi Johnson's mini bio that she may have an idea of Adam's whereabouts. That means that he can't be dead. Just fix that. For now, you're pending.

    No, Jess. No entrance for you. >=|

    ...yes.

    Oh yah huh. Skimed the bio-y stuffs, editing.

    Edit: Wait, what? I only talk about Adam escaping. No, Alexander (my person) is clonned after a man named Alexander Wilson (not my person/ dead guy). He is the man who get killed, and latter I refer to him as Wilson, and my person as Alexander to avoid confuson.

  • Name: Jack Sawyer

    Age: 26

    Gender: Male

    Faction: True Born

    Appearance: Jack is known as a giant to some because synthetics tend to be so much more average than true borns, all things said though, he is huge at 6'10 and pretty wiry but very muscular, he wieghs 260 pounds and is usually dressed in a light brown duster over a navy blue shirt with olden style blue jeans and heavy duty cowboy boots, and a black and green beret. Jacks has lightly tanned skin, very dark blond hair and multicolored eyes with an outer ring of blue a middle ring of red and an inner larger than the others ring of green, making him stand out very quickly in public, so he usually wears black contacts to mask his lack of being born in a tube.

    Personality: Jack a kind person deep down, he is always very polite to women and children but has no tolerance for men due to their lack of natural innocence that women generally have. Jack hates killing above all else but he is a realist and will eliminate any threat to him and those he cares for. Jack loses his patience very quickly with idiots thanks to all the times he has had to deal with fools who were nevessary to his goals. Jack treats everything in life like a game of chess which he has never lost at, he always plans out multiple strategies for his current situation and what will happen if he carries out those strategies, AND backup strategies for all the otehr strategies.

    History: Jack was born in a nice house on the outer edge of a synthetic controlled city and his parents were quickly caught by the synthetic police and Jack was taken to be raised by the synthetics for either breeding or being killed, when they saw how quickly he grew large and strong and such they thought he would be the perfect specimen for breeding, they stole his innocence, and when he realized that he took and oath to fight against them, so one day when they took him outside to excercise him to make sure he was fit so his children would be as strong as possible, he took his chance to punch the first guard, steal his gun and shoot the second guard before he fled, they chased him down until he was surrounded by over twenty armed soldiers, they were about to execute him for treason when without a single sign of a storm lighning rained down from the sky and killed most of the soldiers and knocked the others unconcious, after finding the source to be a powerful Dragonair Jack tamed it and they have been life friends since they met. Of all the people Jack has met, Chase is the only one he would consider his friend.

    Pokémon: Jack's only pokemon is a Dragonite he named Gerard. Moves: Lightning Storm, Outrage, Extremespeed, and Roost. Jack named Gerard's Thunder Lightning Storm do to the fact that whenever he uses it it's much more powerful than the average thunder and his power splits and lighning bolts rain down from the sky making it almost undodgable and causing the opponent to be stunned by the first strike and further damaged by more. Using his power combined with Jack's great tactics Gerard has been known to be able to take on 10 other pokemon at the same time with, but Gerard' power comes with a drawback, it is hard to keep his power in check even on his own, therefore Jack can train no other pokemon. Gerard has such a human mindset that Jack tells others he's a human in a pokemon body, Gerard's goal above all else is to protect innocent people, he is very kind and has a better sense of humor than Jack does.

    RP Sample: May I assume you have seen enough of my RPing in the past to judge me accordingly?

    If possible, I would like to reserve a spot for a T.B.R.A. Synthetic. I should have everything posted tomorrow afternoon, if allowed.

    Thanks!

  • Name: Alice Westlake

    Age: 22

    Gender: Female

    Faction: True Born

    Appearance: Alice has long flowing hair that is matted toward the middle.
    However because of her constant habit to comb it manually, using her hands, it becomes smoother down toward the tips. Her blond hair is usually left down, mostly due to a phobia she carries around tying it. Alice's hair encases her very sharp features. She has a thin face, with low receded cheekbones. Due to her constant paranoia Alice has long bags underneath the eyes. These usually get darker depending on the time of day and her current mood, but are a major defining feature. Her tired irises are cerulean, with red veins surrounding them. Alice's flesh is rather pale, and generally at night she gives the mirage of being a ghost.

    Alice's build is leaning on slim toward athletic. She is 5'10 and normally dresses in a navy blue polo shirt. The polo is usually seen on her, mostly with a black pullover or similar sweater. Around her neck is always a tattered piece of lace tied delicately. For pants she wears an old pair of jeans, with tatters and stains coating the fabric.

    Personality: Alice has a very laid back personality. Since she lives without much human contact, it demands such. She is simply antisocial and prefers to live alone or with a Pokemon partner. The outside world to her, is an entirely new universe that brings about fright.

    In the cottage where she grew up Alice learned much of the outside world from either her late parents, or the various books that dwelt within. Taking to older style fiction such as Shakespeare or Chaucer quite well. Alice frequents socially awkward habits such as talking to herself and mumbling. The entire demeanor suggests a girl too used to being on her own. The only companions she does have would be the odd Pokemon. With these she treats much more highly then any human being. To the extent she would treat them like humans

    History: Alice's parents took up habitat in a densely packed forest on an island off the coast of Sinnoh, out of fear of being captured and put to death. Alice had a simple childhood reminiscent of human beings hundreds of years before. That was until her parents were killed by wild Pokemon after straying to close to a nest. Alice didn't know what happened to her parents, but spent the next 10 years in general isolation.

    Pokemon she would befriend when they came near the cottage where she lived. But unfortunately many did not return which would send her into a constant depression. The most recurring Pokemon to come by was strange Scyther. Usually Alice would allow into her home, and speak to as if another human being. She named the Scyther, "Yorick" after a character from Hamlet.

    Pokémon:
    Name: Yorick
    Gender: Male
    Species: Scyther
    Appearance: Yorick gives off the general impression he was in many scuffles before befriending Alice. He has multiple scars all along his body, many which have reopened and closed again. He has one bad eye with a larger scar streaked across it. The eye itself crimson with a single black pupil contained within. Yorick can barely see out of this eye yet gives him a certain intimidation to enemies.

    Personality: Yorick is a very kind Pokemon to his master. Often seeing Alice as a certain co-dependant relationship. However, whilst seeing her as his master he does attempt to assert his dominance in several situations. Often the girl's simple lonely heart usually returns him to her cottage out of pure loyalty.

    History: Actually Yorick came from less humble origins then his master. Originally the youngest of a batch of Scyther, and deemed to weak for breeding and survival. Sentenced to death Yorick escaped by using his barely functional wings to fly and his primitive instincts to make it to the coast. After wandering onto a cargo ship and accidentally falling off it at one point, he floated toward the island where Alice lived her entire life, eventually meeting the girl after she hooked him with a fishing rod.

    Moves: Quick attack, Wing attack, Slash, Double Team
    RP Sample:

    The sun was shining again.

    It was the first time all week that she noticed it. The sun seemed to do that quite often lately, or at least that time of year. Alice's parents had taught her how to tell time via the sun, and judge the time of year using primitive astrology. Usually however she was wrong with these sorts of assessments. But it didn't matter as the days usually blended into the nights. That was the only thing she could ponder on at the moment. As she sat there on the porch of her finely built cottage.

    She was waiting for her friend. The pokemon she dubbed, "Yorick". A Scyther judging by a picture she found in a text book within the cottage. Yorick would often simply wander around the island and she surmised he must have a nest set up. Either way, he would often come to her cottage for a sampling of fish or berries she foraged. Alice had learned a long time before how to sample an Ursaring's private stash without waking the mother up. This proved extremely useful in the long run, and became one of her principle diets besides fruit.

    Often, while she sat on a porch, waiting for a Pokemon friend, she would muse about the outside world. She knew there was one, her parents told her about it. About bad "Synths" that hurt people that actually should exist. She didn't really know too much about "Synths" besides what her parents called them. None of the books she had mentioned anything, and she learned as a little girl that Pokemon couldn't speak back. No matter how much you pestered them.

    So she was left, to wander the island, and think to herself what a "Synth" looked like. But at the moment, she waited. Yorick would come eventually, and then she would try and prove herself wrong. See if he could actually talk.
