Piplup, Skitty, Shinx, and Pikachu. I haven't been a Shinx or Pikachu, but I still like these Pokemon.
Piplup was pretty good in Explorers of Time, and I think that Skitty was even better in Explorers of Sky.

Eevee,Riolu, and Shinx were my favorite.

In Pokemon Red Rescue Team, my starter Pokemon was Torchic and his partner was Treecko. The both of them evolved into fine Pokemons. :)

In Explorers of Sky, I'm an Eevee (hoping to later be an Umbreon) and my partner is a Riolu.

Vulpix is my absolute favorite. Charmander, Bulbasaur, and Pikachu were really useful as heros and partners too though.

Always Treeko, and if I ever get Eevee, then it's my second(since I always trying to figure out on how to get Niave in the test, but the time I first got Treeko, I answered truthfully).
