2nd Gen Gold sprites vs. Silver Sprites

Which do you think is better? I rather the Gold version sprites because the Silver version sprites look odd. I'm talking about the majority of the sprites not just a single one sprite being better. And the reason that the Crystal sprites are not in this poll is because they are undeniably better.

EDIT: It's strange that Gold's Lugia sprite is better that Silver's Lugia sprite but Silver's Ho-oh's sprite is better than Gold's Ho-oh sprite.

Atleast for Crystal the colours are accurate.
I choose Silver as my choice,I looked at other sprites and they look pretty good,better than gold sometimes.

I have looked at both, and I would say Gold is better. There is no bias there, they just, in my opinion, look alot better =D

Silver it was my first 2nd generation game.
In fact I didn't know that those games have different sprites... xD

The Houndoom sprite on both looks pretty bad, but worse in Silver, sadly. :(

With that said, looking at Tyrogue and Smoochum (two randomly picked Pokemon), I'm going to have to say Silver. Tyrogue's gold sprite looks out of proportion and bland, whereas Silver's sprite's more... interesting. As for Smoochum, I don't like it anyway to be honest, but on Silver, again, it doesn't look so bland. :X

Gold's sprites look a bit more...natural in my opinion. Look at Crobat's to see a good example. :P

Silver's because I'm a biased punk who didn't play Gold, so I have no reason for liking it better, otherwise I should have gotten that game instead of Silver, then my answer would have changed.

For the most part, I much prefer the Silver sprites.
