    Vaporeon7's St. Patrick's Day Challenge-Leaf Green!
    Chapter 1: A little bit of Chaos!

    I started of my challenge by selecting the New Game button. After telling the professor that I'm a boy and calling myself Patrick (after the challenge) I was ready to begin my Pokemon journey.

    I began by walking out my room and the house and then heading north. I was making good time until I was stopped by Oak. He dragged me to his dungeon lab and and saw my future rival. Oak offered me a Pokemon so I chose the green one and called it Chaos. My rival chose the red one. We battled. He lost. I left for Viridian City. On the way a nice man gave me a Potion. I then reached Viridian City. I headed for the PokeMart to buy Pokeballs but then I was forced to go give Oak his parcel. I went quickly back to Pallet Town and gave Oak his parcel. It was 2 Pokedexes. He gave me and my rival one.

    I then went back to Viridian and then I went west. My rival then battled me again. I won of course and then headed for Viridian Forest. After being told how to catch Pokemon by an old man I managed to find my way through the forest. While I was in there Chaos evolved into Ivysaur.

    I then made it to Pewter City and went to the gym. I defeat the gym trainer easily and then I challenged Brock.

    With one Vine Whip I was able to defeat Brock's Geodude and also his Onix. For beating him he gave me a Boulder Badge.

    This concludes this chapter of my St. Patrick's Day Challenge.

    I started my adventure: (I wil be writing this while playing, and post it when i stop)

    Name: Jespoke
    Rival: Yel
    Starter: Grn Flower(Chicorita)

    - Did beginning stuff, grinding Grn Flower to 10
    - Beat Yel
    - Did some more stuff, beat some trainers and got Grn Flower to lv 13
    - Beat the Sprout tower with a LOT of Tackles
    - Went and did the puzle in Ruins of Alph
    - Grn Flower evolved by beating the 3 Unowns i met on the way to the exit
    - Beat Falkner
    - Got the Eeg
    - Got the Old Rod
    - Caught Poliwag and called it Grn Frog(Yea, in Johto you can catch other pokemon than magicarp with an old rod)
    - Grn Frog suprised me by single handedly beating Union Cave and Slowpoke well, catching up to Grn Flower
    - Grn Frog soloed Bugsy and Yel
    - Caught Cut the Sandshrew slave
    - got to Goldenrod

    Does anyone know how i get my Poliwhirl to evolve to Politoad on an emulator? I cant find any 2. gen pokemon editor/evolution editor

    You can't evolve it on an emulator, just hack a Politoed in. It's what I'm doing.

    Update #2 and all ready at the 4th badge;D Who can see me doing this first huh? :D

    • Playing leafgreen, planned team: Venusaur, Victreebel and Weepinbell. Btw, do I need to post proof of me playing it by making constant updates, or can I just keep on playing and upload the rival fight at the end of the league?

    • You don't have to post pics or a video, and you don't have to update often. Just update when you have the time.

    And the event is officially over on March 31st. I know people will be bust playing BW, so that's why it ends them instead of on St. Patrick's Day, like it normally would have.

    Um I beat the first gym last night, and can't be bothered to grab sprites and such. :(

    • Alright, lets update. Playing on emulator.

    Started game, chose Bulbasaur.
    Did beginning stuff, beat Rival after some small grinding.
    Went trough viridian forest.
    Beat Brock with Vine whip.
    Went trough Mt. Moon.
    Caught myself 2 Bellsprouts.
    Grinded them up to Ivysaur's levels.
    Got Bill out of his costume.
    Recieved SS ticked and returned to Cerulean city.
    Won against Misty using Weepinbell's Vine whip (both Weepinbells needed because of confusion)
    Got HM Cut on the ss aqua.
    Won against Lt Surge in a Weepinbell solo.
    Went trough rock tunnel without using Flash. :p
    Went to Celadon city to get Eevee, a water stone and 2 leaf stones. Got myself a Vaporeon for Surfing, and decided to evolve both Weepinbell.
    Beat Erika using both Victreebell and Cut/Secret power.

    Thank you very much. I knew how to find the kings rock, as i intended on simulating the trade by owning both poliwhirl and kings rock, and then evolve it by hacking, but the trading thing was something i had only heard of before, so thank you for the link
