okay the appearance, make his hair kinda.. neat, flat with 3 hair like things rising. XDXD
the clothes should be rather simple (colour depends on the palette, keep the FR OW palettes in mind.
bag should be the normal type.

The pass looks... Too square, the mountains do not look natural enough. Make them less square, and do not make the layer above copy the layer below like that (but smaller), it looks... Unnatural.
