Ace Combat Zero again. Mission 10, Mercenary Ace Style, Expert difficulty. I got swarmed by Schwarze Squadron. Multiple times. Honorable mention goes to charging Huckebein head-on and not dodging in time. I think Nachtigall, the GrauWespe MiG-29s, and even the regular MiG-29s, Su-27s, and Su-37s also got me a few times. It's not called "Mayhem" for nothing.

Lost to the first gym leader in Black. :( Hard to beat something with a type advantage against you right off the bat. I eventually won, but still...

That's dying still, right? lol.

I got killed by the Damn Splicers in Bioshock. Good times.

I was knifing peoples in a game called Counter-Strike 1.6 and I killed 2, then got shot.

I just started Halo: Reach, and I have been killed a lot. I suck.

Played Counter Strike (sinlgeplayer, because I suck) as Terrorist, walked around a corner and suddenly there were 5 enemies. I mindlessly fired into the crowd with my MP5 and actually killed them all, just to walk around the next corner and get shot by a lone guy with a pistol.

I was playing MW2 in Dom on Highrise.

I got killed by a RPD sprayer.

Ace Combat Zero once more. (You can tell I really like this game.) Mission 12, Hard difficulty this time around. My Typhoon took a glancing hit from a Belkan BM-335's tail gun, then got tagged by a missile from a Belkan F-15E Strike Eagle. I was finished off by the tail gun of another BM-335...after I had shot it down. I laughed.
