    "Meh.. he lost his parents?" Max asked, kind of confused by Alana's actions. He also studied what she and her friend looked like and had a vague thought that this may have been a bad idea.
    He saw them staring at him for a moment. "I'm sorry, please go on." He said nervously.

    This guy, Max, was almost starting to get on his nerves. But Tobias wouldn't show it.
    He's just curious...I think...
    He turned to Alana
    "I was only 5 when they disappeared. I've pretty much raised myself since. But, yeah. My names Tobias by the way." he addressed Max.
    "But that's not really important at the moment. What I want to know is why all the gyms are shut down. It doesnt make any sense. Professor Oak said that Pewter's Gym is still open. It seems like the best thing to do would be to go there and talk to the Gym Leader. I'm probably going to need both of you guys' help. I don't know what's going on, but I want to find out. The more people the better of we'll be. I'm not sure what's taking..." he stopped to let the name come to him "Angel so long. But if she doesn't hurry up we'll just have to leave without her. That other guy, Aiden, he seems pretty strong, but is kind of rude. As for that last trainer...Raoul i think his name was. I think I know how to help him. But we'll need to find him first. So, are you guys in or what?"
    Tobias felt pleased with himself. He had taken control of the situation. He was finally in control of his own life...

    Alana nodded. "Sure. I had a similar thought myself. I think I can find Raoul. Why don't you two try and locate Angel? We can take five, maybe ten minutes then meet back here. After that we can leave. If we don't find Angel or Raoul, well, we can decide on that later." She looked at Tobias and Max to see what they thought of the plan.

    Occ: sorry about not posting for a while. been really busy with stuff. um yeah from know on if i don't post just power play me and i'll catch up. :P

    Aiden stood there completely oblivious to what was going on. "wait huh whats going on?" he asks the group of trainers that he was standing near. "Did i just stare off in space for awhile. I'm sorry, my name is Aiden and i get that way sometimes. I'm kinda daffy. so i heard you," pointing at Tobias, "saying that the Gyms are closed. I wonder why this could be?" he says looking at the others. "so what are we doing know?" he asks

    "Meh what?" Lance suddenly found himself going with Adien to find Angel. "Well," he said adressing Tobias, " I don't even know... what she looks like. And.. can't I go with you or you? I'm eh... I don't want to go with.. him.."
    Max had a look of nervousness in his eyes. Talking and socialising with people was not his thing.

    "Hey, Whats wrong with going with me?" Aiden says to Max. "I don't always go blank it just happens when im standing still. Plus were together in a group so I wont go stareing off. It only happens once in awhile, so what does Angel look like." he says after explaing what happens.

    "Eh.. okay. Lets go." Max ran ahead of Adien. "Uh, well, see you in five if we find her, 10 if we don't."
    Max ran ahead for a bit, before realizing, Adien hadn't followed. Oh well, I'll find Angel by myself. He thought.

    "Hey wait up!" Aiden yelled to Max "Your not going to find her alone, ya know?" he says catching up to Max. "Hey, is there any one named Angel here." he yells out loud. "Do you even know what she looks like." he asks.

    after trying to think of a way to train charmander and failing i stand up and walk around the forest wandering what to do. i walk around a corner and suddenly see see lots of kakuna. they flash and start turning into beedrill. i turn around and start running. i get out of te forest and fall to my knees and take deep breathes.

    "Hey! Max!" Tobias called out after the two of them. "She has sort of pinkish hair. I last saw her in professor Oak's lab."
    He turned to face Alana. "Well, we better get going. Who knows where he could be."
    They started walking towards the grassy area to the north of Pallet Town.
    "Where do you think he could have gotten to?" he asked "I think I saw him go towards Viridian City"

    i stand up and hear a strange buzzing sound. i look behind me and see a cloud of beedrills behind me. i stumble getting up and start running back to the lab. i see alana and some one else ahead and run past them in a blur and pushing them both into trees.

    As Max and Adien went into Viridian City through the short path from Pallet Town, they see a boy rush past them. Adien muttered something about him being familiar. But then..
    "BEE!!" A swarm of Beedrill came buzzing along after the boy.
    "Oh my... lets help him shall we?" Max suggested.
    "Okay then, lets go." Adien said and released his Nidoran, and Max released his Pidgey.
    "Well then, Pidgey! Gust attack!" Max ordered.
    Pidgey flew around for a while, then let out a mini-whirly-wind. It affected ONE Beedrill a bit, and so ALL of them turned around.
    "Nice going Max...." Adien said, and gulped.

    "time to show you some real skill Max." Aiden said a little cocky. he had been wiating for a pokemon battle. he and his younger brother would practice with imaginary pokemon, learning to not show emotions and take pokemon out with a couple of hits.. "Nidoran takle the lowest Beedrill." with that Aidens Nidoran took of and with a slight jump in the air, nailed the lowest Beedrill nocking it to the ground. "Nidoran same move to the next one." Aiden tells his pokemon. Nidoran moved on to the next doing the same amount of damage as to the first.

    "Hey, that looks like fun!" Max said, watching the Nidoran jump about. "Meh well, I guess you've been training before you came on this journey. But I played too many video games on Pokemon, lets see then."
    Max put his hands up in front of him, imagining he was holding some Game Controllers.
    "PIDGEY! WHIRLWIND THEM AWAY! GO ABOVE THEM ALL, AND HIT THEM WITH ALL YOU'VE GOT!"
    He kept rapidly pressing the buttons in then air. Pidgey flew up top, and before being surrounded by Beedrill..
    "GO FOR IT NOW!"
    Pidgey let out a blast of wind and a lot of the Beedrill's were blown back into the Viridian Forests.
    ^^ , smiled Max.

    "ha ha, that was fun." the Beedrill's had, had enough as they retreated into the woods. "well i think we make a great team. Don't you?" Aiden asks Max. "well lets head back towards the lab. i think i heard Tobias say she was near there." he says heading towards the lab.

    Team..? Now, this might get interesting, 'cause I don't like to be in teams. We'll just see. But I won't say anything now, and not later. He thought.
    So Max and Adien followed that running boy's path back to Pallet Town.

    Alana was about to answer when Raoul rushed past followed by a hord of angry Beedrill. Foruntatly for them the Beedrill didn't stop to bother with them. "Uh yeah but I think he's heading in another direction now." She turned to Tobias and said, "Shall we?" Then she turned and began to walk after him. "Hey Raoul wait up!!" She turned back to Tobias and grinned then waved and sped off.

    OoC: Just let her stumble aross us if she comes back

    IC: "Why not?" Tobias replied to Alana. They turned around and started after Raoul. The Beedril that had overflown them had started to attack Max and Aiden. It seemed like a relatively easy battle for them. But the distraction of their first battle had led to the loss of Raoul.
    "Did you see which way he went Alana?" he asked.
    Out of the corner of his eye, he saw movement. Whipping around he saw Raoul duck into the bushes.
    "After you" he said, gesturing for Alana to lead the way.
