you should bring the hands closer together, maybe put spiritombs colors on and make Rotom the key stone? or put the together completely? it's o.k. but could use improvement.

Well, Here is my Entry. It took a while to make.. it is also my first sprite.
IT is a fusion of Eevee and the burgular pokemon trainer

I decided to improve it a bit, is it allowed?
I did some new changes to the cape, and made the guy a vampire.
Also, I made his glasses red so that it looks evil.
Still the same: Dragon Tamer cape + Mismagius hat + Pokemon Maniac
=A boy who dresses up as a vampire with a cape and a hat. :badsmile:
