I only know of 1 or 2 others in existence, anyone know anything about a card that has the regular back on it and the "face" side is just the back in black and white. I got it from a reliable source that he got in either a booster pack or starter deck, can't remember which one as this was in the original base set.

Unfortunatly not that much. About $4 max if you could find a willing buyer.

I have a misprinted Weepinbell, I have tried searching for it on eBay and google but have found no result. The base card is a weepinbell, but has the name Tsubotsubo (Japanese for Shuckle) as well as many other errors look at the pictures(Just incase your wondering the boxes and extra words are photoshopped but everything else is real).

That card looks like there are too many errors to be real. Everything on the card is Jungle Weepinbell and it was changed from there. The QA guy would have to be disgruntled, intoxicated, or plain blind to let that thing get printed. I'm not saying that you did anything wrong, but Wizards nor Nintendo printed this card. Unless someone here knows otherwise.

Is there any way to check if the card is a fake?

That card is a total fake. These are from asia (usually MY/HK/China) and a printed sticker is attached onto a base. The sticker is altered to make the card better. Obvious fakeness is from the ridiculous attacks/hp/ evolves from bellsprout & bottom text (showing an altered Weepinbell card/ bad texture/ incorrect name etc etc etc.

I made a list here to notice if a card is fake, please read it since its quite good ;):

    https://www.pkmncommunity.com/showpost.php?p=2594062&postcount=17

EDIT: I also found this useful link again. There is a big difference between fakes and shadowless base set cards (basically some of the dodgier, but more valuable 1st edition Base set). This also goes into more detail about text and light test, that I couldnt be bothered to type up fully ^^

The Card passed everything (even the light test) besides the fact that the border on the back of the card is a bit darker, but i guess that is enough to make the card a fake. Anyway thanks for your help!

That makes no difference. It's a blatant fake. 490 HP. Four energy for 190 damage. Three of the same weakness. A resistance and retreat cost that make no sense. The fact that the card is a completely obvious rip-off of the Weepinbell card from Jungle - hell, it is the same card, just changed enough to make it seem like a different card. Which is still doesn't.

If you browse Ebay, you can easily find out the most accurate buying price for cards online.
Pokegym has an awesome price guide (has most Japanese cards, editions and promos), but you need to register to use it. It would take yonks to browse individual cards however.

It would be most practical to just browse for a few cards then assume that commons and uncommons are within a 10cents - $1 region, with exceptions.
