Anyone can simply look up overall on people and find a ton load of them. No Johto does have the country like feel, because it isn't really as industrialized as most of the other regions. So, the overall does best for her. I mean even the shorts on the guy too does a good job for matching Johto's style of living.

I know a lot of people who wear overalls and are not from a farmer family.

Anyways, I think the overalls could've been a different outfit but to me it suits her best. I couldn't really imagine her with any other kind of clothes.

can she get any better? All that's used to determine someone
like her is looks and appearances. That is it.

BECAUSE THEY HAD A FREAKING PERSONALITY IN THE ANIME,
AND THEY ACTUALLY LOOKED LIKE THEY'RE FROM POKEMON.

This girl's life is her looks. Call me crazy, but I'm pretty sure
the new girl won't say anything in the game due to the fact that
she's a player. Also, if she's your co-rival/assistant thing, she'll
most likely have only a few lines of text throughout the whole game,
and it won't deviate from the fact that it's almost exactly like what
Gold would have said if you chose the Girl as you're player.. I doubt
this girl will be appearing in the anime, so all we have to evaluate her
is her appearance. So far, it's failing.

Exactly. She shares the name of a version that will not exist in this gen and shall never exist outside of its own gen. If they were to add her then technically they would need a 3rd version to make the name crystal make sense. I cannot believe I just noticed that....

So then I see it that is why no crystal. And seriously I have said this before. A crystal redesign would not fit with neo-gold while the new girl just does like she has been there all along.

Actually if this girl were to be dubbed, I feel like she should have the jolly, yet sweet voice. As for her name, I think it would be something away from the title. Miranda, yes, I wouldn't be surprised if it might have been something close to that, I don't know as it's just a thought.

Um....so going by what you said, Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond, Pearl, and Platania(I think that's her name anyway) had no personality in the manga(since you seem to be judging this by the anime as well)? I mean, since when were any of the player character actually given anything more than a cameo in the anime(not counting May and Dawn). So on that point, I have to disagree with you.

I hate Lucas appearance but hey atleast Enjoying the game Is the most Importanat part of "Games" and After a while.I liked Lucas The same goes to FR/LG's Red.

How do you know? We dont about her much as we Only saw her art and people just got crazy by a single Character.Just because of a stupid clothes.People this is a "Game" Not a super Model design.

And if you(And I mean all of you)still dont like her just because of the clothes Then this way Childish.

She still has the room for improvement, considering all we've seen of her is ONE LITTLE PIECE OF ART. Don't be so quick to judgement, that's just being childish.

First of all, screw the Anime, we're talking about the GAMES here. None of the Player Characters have their own personality at all.

Anyway, I think Heart sounds like a nice name for her. :) It's different than the FrLg ideas. Personally, I like: Heart=Girl, Gold=Boy, Silver=Rival.

I'd probably end up naming the girl Hermione... or Ashley.

My opinion on the girl? Eh, I don't care for the character design. I would have preferred Kris from the actual GSC games.

"But these are G/S remakes, not Crystal remakes!"—I don't care. Do you think we should leave out those areas where Crystal improved on G/S, such as a Battle Tower and animations? That's silly.
