In Fire Red what's a good set for Vileplume?

I want to have atleast 1 good grass pokemon in this game, should I keep training my Oddish? or try to get another grass one later in the game?

Should I teach it Giga Drain, what other grass TM's would be good?

    thanks for any help.

    Vileplume
    - Giga Drain / Razor Leaf
    - Sleep Powder
    - Leech Seed
    - Sludge Bomb / Stun Spore

I'd suppose Toxic is an option as well, although I don't recommend it.

That's good to get through the game.

    The standard set for Blaziken.

    Blaziken @ Leftovers
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    -Sky Uppercut
    -Fire Blast
    -Swords Dance
    -Rock Slide/Earthquake

After seeing this I feel i should tell u about BlaziBoah...

Wicked used it against me and other ppl and it takes down teams very Easily. It can take on most pokes other than Bulky waters. It even makes a hell of a Celebi Counter. no 404 HP is bad though

    Blaziken@leftovers
~Substitute (Lilycove on the roof, talk to some girl)
~Focus Punch (Surf Up,Up,Up at north of the city with the first badge...forgot the name)
    ~Flamethrower (Mauville game corner iirc)
    ~Hidden Power [ice]/Thunderpunch (Sheer luck/Battle Frontier)

I dont know the EV's. Hidden Power [ice] is for a competitive environment but thunderpunch will take care of stuff ingame.

Standard EVs usually include 212-252 Spd EVs. I usualy put enough HP in for 301-304 HP and flood the rest in SAtk.

I just started learning how to battle competitively, and have a decent knowledge of EV training and such, but I'm not quite sure what IV's are? and how do I get the right IV's ingame..to get a certain hidden power with 70 Base attack?

also is there any site that can guide me on the best Nature, and EV Spreads for every Pokemon?

IVs are Individual Values. They tell how good your stats are and like EVs, are "invisible" (so you can't see them on your Pokemon's summary screen). In Advance, every single Pokemon has a randomly assigned IV to each of their six stats (HP, Atk, Def, Spd, SAtk, and SDef). These IVs can range from 0 to 31. 0 is the worst that a stat can be and 31 is the best. Ideally, you'll want to get high IVs for your main stats on your Pokemon.

To calculate your IVs, you will have to know what your EVs are. Once you know that, you can find your IVs on an IV calculator. I like legendarypokemon's since its easy to use: https://www.legendarypokemon.net/ivcalc

Also Smogon is the premiere site for Pokemon teambuilding, including Natures and EVs: https://www.smogon.com/advance/

Also FB/FT can be used over BB.

This shouldn't even be stickied anymore. It's not used much anymore.
