My favorite EarthBound characters are Captain Strong, Dungeon Man, Pokey Minch, Dr. Andonuts, Giygas, and the Not Shy Tenda.

My favorite MOTHER 3 characters are the Jealous Bass, the Mole Cricket, Kumatora, Duster, Lucas, Claus, Alec, Hinawa, Porky again, Nana (lol Nana), and Leder. Woo hoo Leder!

Speaking of, does anybody know how to pronounce "Leder"? Is it the same as "leader" or the same as "lederhosen"?

And for mother 3, Lucas, Claus, Kumatora, Leder, Mr. Saturns (liked them more in mother 3 for some reason), Mole kricket, Flint, and, of course, THE DOOR KNOB! XD

Note: only open spoiler if you've beaten Mother 3, and have Jeff on your team in Mother 2.

Well in EarthBound, Porky is a character, and so is Dr. Andonut. Now, we know that in mother 3, Porky AND Dr. Andonut are characters, but only Porky traveled through time. Here's my theory:
1.Dr.Andonut made a time machine for himself and traveled to the future.
2.The Dr. Andonut in Mother 3 is actually Jeff, taking his father's identity, so that Porky doesn't notice him.

If my second theory is correct, then maybe Flint and Hinawa are actually Ness and Paula, again undercover. And maybe old man Wess is Poo.
Also, the Humming Bird Egg never hatched, or played an important role in Mother 3, meaning that there could be a sequal.

The mystery of the Light egg. Duster protected it with his life, and it just didn't do anything throughout the story. I had already known about the end of the Mother series, but still...

The egg of light was used to store the memories of the people of Tazmily. It was totally used.

My theory is that when Dr. Andonuts, Apple Kid, Mr. Saturn, Sebastian the Tessie Watcher, and those other guys were in those glass tanks in Stonehenge, it was because an experimental chemical that counters the biomass deterioration effect of spacetime travel. Once it was perfected, it was used on Porky/Pokey. The Starmen happened to get the chemical right when testing it on Dr. Andonuts, Apple Kid, and Mr. Saturn, which is why they were able to travel through spacetime without being put in a robot suit. Porky then kidnapped Dr. Andonuts to help him with Chimeras and stuff.

My second part of this theory is that the Mr. Saturns are all the same Mr. Saturn, only gone back in time so that they are in two places at once. However, sometimes, time travel addles their little saturn brains, causing that "GIRL. AM GIRL." remark.

If any Mother game was re-made, what new features would you like to see in them?

I'd like for Ninten to learn offensive PSI. and I'd also like to see MOTHER 1 have more of a story, and not just wonder around looking for items.

For the second Mother, I'd like to see it in 3-D, and some new PSI.

For Mother 3...Look inside the spoilers if you've already beaten it...

I really want to see an extra chapter that shows Claus's side of the story. Maybe show how he was found, how he became the Masked Man, etc.

I don't think I can sorry. Remember some of the material in Mother 2 would probably not be correct for PC. Um, but PM me if you want it and I can send the link to the site.

I'm not sure, I usually just prefer the original version of games over remakes, and I personally think the Mother games are perfect the way they are.

I would like to see Mother 1 with Mother 3 graphics and a little more story or direction..... Earthbound is fine the way it is, and I like Zero's idea for Mother 3.
