I say go with Sand-Attack again. It worked pretty well with Beedrill and this thing doesn't have an antenna or anything to see with once its been blinded.

You use Gust, tossing Nidoran away. Nidoran hits the ground pretty hard, but gets back up, ready to fight some more. It runs at the airborne Pidgeotto as if it's about to jump up to use Tackle!

Anyhoo, Finish it with gust! I'd say quick attack, but that's physical and nido's got poison point.

I would try to not use physical moves (Nidoran's poison point), so i'm going to go with Gust!
