No, In YAPE it says that Seadra evlolves to Kingdra using a DragonScale.
But You can't use the Dragon Scale because it always says that it's not the right time to use that.

sorry, my bad, i found out how to evolve scyther to scizor, u just need to train it till lvl 40
but still, if you have the information, please tell me, and i f possible, GOD BLESS YOU!!! LOL

If you already know it evolves at Lv40, then why do you still want to know it >_>

There are a few things that might be the problem with Seadra:
1. Rom version. Do you have Fire Red Version 1.0 or 1.1 (First page says you need V1.1)
2. Either the IPS or UPS doesn't allow Seadra to evolve
3. You used cheat codes to mess up the game or you used a hacking tool to change stuff yourself
4. It is an evolution bug like the starters and eevee to Umbreon/Espeon.
5. It might be a PSP issue only
6. You have a corrupted rom

Yes it is but item is Sun Stone so it should be by using Sun Stone

I had a problem before that i thought was crazy because
I did the first three badges then all of the sudden i looked at my trainer card
and it had the first two then it skipped the badge i earned and gave me the fourth badge

i think is intented ti be like that, when you beat witney she gaves you the 4 badge beacause when you beat the 4 gym from FR you can use strenght, and in gold you reacieve fly after beating the 5 gym being the third in FR

None of these apply to me, I'm going to assume that Dragonscale actually means trading it while holding the Dragonscale, as it does normally. Sad that I never got Kingdra, but maybe we'll have more luck in the next beta, Kingdra is a beast!

hey i have a lot of questions that are answered in your walkthrough, but i am too lazy and dumb to check it, so i'll ask them on the liquid crystal thread and wait for answers!!!!!!

I can't get into orange oslands it only gives me to go into olivine from vermilon and to vermilion from olivine!!!!!!!!!!
and yes I beat RES and talk with prof. oak about the GS ball

And does anyone know when the Egg hatches which you get in Blackthorn.
I have the feeling that it's a bad egg because it doesn't hatch.
I have taken it with me through all Jotho more than 2 times :D
So why does this egg not hatch???

1. I didn't forget Lugia, because Lugia CAN be caught in the Whirl Islands if you got the Silver Wing from the old guy in Pewter City.
2. It takes a long time for the egg to hatch. I heard someone else say that it hatched into a Missingo

Ya have to go from Vermilion to Olivine and back more then once it's some kind of glitch...

It seems that it must rain for the option to the Orange Islands to appear.
