If you mean the Moltres, it's done in tiles.

Like I've said before, I've inserted the Moltres into the Pokémon Mansion tileset.

Sorry for the lack of updates, school > hacking =p

My PC also needs some maintenance so that's going to consume a bit of time as well. (idle CPU temperature of 70-80 C T_T)
