if someone has ubers, and wants to use them, he/she can participate in an Uber tournament!

Umm... Not all non-Ubers are bad... Alakazam is awesome, and he's not an Uber. Uber's are for (and don't flame me as I'm not the only one to say this) newbs. Also, your not in the tourney, and I think we should make a "do not allow" list for those we don't want to join.
