I've been having exams lately so I've been off the forums more
there seem to be a lot of new members/returning old members recently

oh, if you still have the link can you give it to me? I'm always seeing these colored pictures of what appear to be scenes from the manga, but I don't know where people got them or who drew them
and how come hot-linking isn't allowed? is it bad for the server or something?

Well they'd be in the mid-teens. But we're not seeing them in the HGSS arc. lol, probably when the new generation arc is happening and there's a "renunion" arc somewhere again...

And it has to be in capitals.

@justmaae: To post fanart, you can get a photobucket account. You can store a lot of pictures, and they provide image tags so there's no real hassle to uploading pics!

by HG/SS, he should be 15. (ish)

I get the feeling that dude with the funny hair in the R/S Arc is pretty much the prime minister/president of Hoenn - although the gym leaders, or RuSa could overthrow him easily. Or the Elite Four. Or Wally.

But there's no evidence of anybody in charge in Kanto,Johto or Sinnoh, is there?

Well, I guess if there was a form of government, the Pokemon Association would definitely count as one. Although, I don't think he has any power of the region itself; just the people involved in the association: gym leaders, Elite Four, and the Champion.

Oh, and they did show the director for the Kanto/Johto Pokemon Association in the G/S/C arc.

It mentions that there is one for Sinnoh, but I don't remember where...

on a more manga-related note, what's the difference between Chuang Yi and Viz Media translations?
I'm told that Viz media re-released volumes so that they have the original format of the Japanese manga
but I think most of the translated scans that are available are from Chuang Yi right?
