    I'm interested in that Shiny Sceptile. I presume it's moveset is Leaf Storm / Energy Ball / Focus Blast / Hidden Power?

    Well, Is there anything else you would like on top of that Ninetails? How about a Dratini with perfect attack IV's(Cannot Predict the other IV's) aswel Holding a TM of your CHoice?
