Im a fan. Im just not too crazy about seeing over a thousand themes based on it on EVERY forum site.

It's alright, but there's a few things that bug me.

1. The font doesn't go with the cruvy-ish style of the banner and drawing.
2. Some of that green foliage(?) behind link is smudged, don't have any of it smudged.
3. Where it says [INFO] it isn't really an abbreviation or icon of anything, have it as another ALT code, maybe '☺' or '→'? You could even just have it as 'i' (In that font).

Other than that you've done the CSS nicely and it looks pretty good. ^^

Hurrmm... If that's meant to be fire or something coming out of the dragon then it's mouth is going to need to be open. xD

The font doesn't really suit the mythological theme of it, it's more of a futuristic font.
Also, the fact that the I and and the N are in the glare makes it a little hard to read.

And another thing, try and work with better quality images.

I can only say that it would look better with different pictures of the girl in those three side panels, instead of her eye.
