RPGXP ERROR

Now here's MY little problem:
I got a new tower(HP PAVILION) and put rmxp on it.
but when i tried using the rmxp editor, it couldn't find the
license that i had! I tried reinstalling it over 6 times, but it
still wouldn't work. Help?
