I'm thinking about starting up a new comic, but I forgot where to find backgrounds. Can anyone tell me?

I am hoping to make some comics with pokemon though i need some sort of a tutorial. The tutorial stickied really doesn't even load.

Things i need help with
.how do you get the pokemon graphics backgrounds?
.the source of the pokemon trainer sprites/icons (not the battle ones, the little ones)
.how to make those cool text boxes with those cool borders, if you have no clue what i am talking about, just help me out with the text boxes.

No, he was talking to Dragon-Chan he asked the same question also here is a site i go to for the backgrounds. I assume you meant the maps...ohh and antoher site to ge the overworlds. Which is the small sprites.
