Yeah, all of that counts. It has to be 300 height x 500 width pixels and you're going way over the height limit.

You're fine I believe, best way to ensure that you'll be okay when using CSS is have the property amount to width: 500px; and height: 300px; max. But you seem to be fine~

Well that was down to confusion as some staff let the scroll bar in your signature and others go but that was due to not having entire clarification on the matter, as some of us assumed it was alright. But now, your images much all add up to 500x300, scroll bar or not. So take one of them out and you should be alright.
