    umm yes u can get more than +2 EV without macho brace/ pokerus, check serebii
    and yes, u can join PhantomSyndrome

    just go into a double battle with one of your pokemon that already has pokerus and it will get it, just check your PC there should be atleast one pokemon that has pokerus

    not fly get either draco meteor or outrage.
    also swap blizzard for ice beam, much better accuracy

    ure rayquaza isn't that bad, just needs better moveset

    still need back up for +3 ev's pokemon

    some pokemon when u battle them give a +3 EV in a certain stat, Porygon Z gives a +3 in Sp Atk I think

    btw Cobja r u a dragon trainer or a mixed trainer

    There are pokemon that give 3 ev points,Alakazam gives 3 special attk.

    yer to answer my own topic I would say I don't have a favourite I just seem to like whichever one I'm EV training, but I love Shiny Altaria & Rayquaza
