MD: Looks ok, but kinda bland 'cause it doesn't have any colors. Maybe go back and give it a little color, maybe on the C4Ds.

@shirauni - i hate getting 2 diffrent opinions! CME said make the render pop out and you say make it blend it just gets confusing! anyway the light source is weird so ill give you that.

@myokai - i like how you didnt put gradient map over the render this time. anyway you should strt using a new method for the background. ya know use filters and whatnot or read some tuts. and the border color isnt the best choice.

The first one is better because the second one looks a bit chopped. The border on the sides is too small and close to the text. So I think the first one is better. maybe having something covering a little bit of the Arceus would make it a bit better.

I have two here, I want to know which one is better.

Crashink;; The Halo Banner Is Really Blended (and i mean alot), the brushes you used as well are pretty decent, but it still is a bit plain, as for the text in a way it does stand out, but it could of been a bit bigger, overall 8/10, As for the naruto banner, i like the render alot, and the brushes you used to brush over him are really good, The text for this one is a bit better because it is bold and stands out just a bit more, as for the colour theme, i reckon an orange would of blended naruto in a bit more, but it is overall a good job 8.5/10.

Everybody;; Well today theres no banner for me, i'm taking a break from graphics, i'm always to busy, i havent had the time to make a banner, so hopefully soon i can start making them again, but in the time being, ill just rate all of yours ;)
 
Myokai; Well, I disagree with evilcheese about the border. It may not be the best choice but with that kind of border, I don't really like colored outer borders. It looks funky. xD; But in the end, let me tell you that this banner is a MAJOR improvement.

Major as in like, "Oh my god is this by the same person?" improvement. The font is much better now that it's un-pixellated, even though it's still not the best choice. Try out font downloading sites or something of the like. (I couldn't name one for you though, since I use patches, sorry. xD) The render is cleaner, which is good. Maybe at this point, you should try looking at some of the tutorials in the Graphics Tutorial thread and try to translate them into GIMP. (You use GIMP, right?) Tutorials are annoying to read, but make no mistake, they help like NO other. x3
 
I don't know which tutorial from her you used but this one is over blended. The text is put there just to have text. (I was told the same thing when I did something like you xD) Oh. It will be better if it is more lighter. It's a bit dark right now~

another time c4d have worked out for me. dont even say it needs a border.

i bet CME's is going to turn out better though.

It looks ok, but this is for graphics you made, not photos.
 
Noo, don't take my style. ;_; Because I actually don't have a style. D: If you tried to copy me, you'd find you wouldn't be able to... I change my resources and style so much my computer often tells me to stop living. You should also strive to be an individual, not copy someone else.

In regards to the banner, Sasuke's hair looks really fuzzy on the left and right. The whole thing is really yellow. I suggest using selective coloring and channel mixers to get rid of the yellow. There's also bits of render on his face that's irking me. There's a major case of floating head syndrome. Try shrinking the stock a bit. It's actually a decent tag.

And this one is hard to rate >D

Did you use the gradient map? Because the redish and purplish colors made me think that. I also think that there should be a bit light source on her face. And the background is perfect so yeah~

I don't think the border should be there, it makes it look bad ;P
I like it, though i don't get why there are splats there, and theres too much white around the picture. Though it looks very nice ;) 9/10.

I've got two here, I tried to use c4d's and some lighting effects, I think the Naruto one turned out fine, but Kakashi could of been better.

Crashink: They both look really good, the only thing I don't like is lack of a border. Other than that, they're really good. (no, I don't think the Kakashi could've been better)
мizt: It looks really cool, but too faded on Grovyle's right side.

I've got something that I think looks awesome, but that's just me.
