Out of sheer curiosity, what DWM is that? It looks almost exactly like Windows and it makes so much sense!

It's Blackbox for Windows. Really great shell replacement. Definitely suggest it. Lots of room for customization, and since you guys are most likely better at ini tweaking than me, you'll love it.
