It was a little longer that I played my Red run and today, I wanted to continue, but I lost my save file. So I decided to do new run:

I had no idea Grimer and Muk were so powerful! I gained so much more appreciation for these piles of goo.

This guy was a pain to train up, and he hardly did anything, ever. After he learned Baton Pass he became quite useful because of SD and Speed Boost

Nothing to say here. This little guy never did anything more than was sacked off if I was in trouble.

Ali the Breloom, lvl. 56 @ Silk Scarf
Sky Uppercut - Rock Smash - Mega Drain - Headbutt
Definitely the MVP of this team. I love Breloom and it's great to have such a powerhouse so early in the game!

Psai the Golduck, lvl. 56 @ Mystic Water
Ice Beam - Surf - Strength - Calm Mind
Golduck is an OK pokemon, but it's too bad to only catch him in the Safari Zone, at least on R/S/E. I enjoyed destroying dragons and such. So powerful.​

It seems the only Poké I can get out of these 6 ( I only asked for five, lol) is Piplup. I taught I could at least get an Omastar but the hacker made it so that Lord Helix in this game is an Aerodactyl.

Wow, wasn't expecting that many eeveelutions. Though I already have all three eeveelutions available, my Umbreon and Jolteon are too over-levelled, thankfully I have some eevees up to breed some eggs so i'll be fixing that error. Raticate and Floatzel are two of the pokemon I can't get normally in-game and don't have on hand, so i'll have to trade for them.

Update... I kind of lost motivation for this for a while, but I'm getting back into it. Went all the way up to after the Fortree Gym this time.

Spoiler:

-Fought Norman with minimal issues. Mila Tree could take a few hits and Sully wrecks with consistantly hard-hitting magnitudes.
-Let Wally take me to Mauville. Don't know how I feel about all these free trips. I sort of miss walking to the next point in the story, but at the same time I sort of don't.
-Threw Surf on Sumia and went across the water, running into Steven again. Went to the island, saved Latios, got the mega bracelet. Now all I need is Heracronite... Oh, and a heracross.
-Up the looong route 119, and along the way I got distracted by changing my music, and let Sumia evolve into Swampert. Hnnnngh. Stuck her in the back until we got to the Weather Institute, and boxed her while I pondered this new dilemma. Eventually figured there was nothing for it and traded her to my Sapphire for a new mudkip, this time holding an everstone. Spent awhile in the grass grinding my new Sumia up to a reasonable level.
-Saved the weather institute handily, Say'ri actually helping out until Tabitha's camerupt, where she got turned into scrap. Sumia came through, though.
-Crossed the bridge and ran into Brendan. Mila Tree did most of the work, with occasional help from Kellam. I thought I wouldn't like Lileep, but so far, not bad.
-Made it to Fortree, wandered through the houses collecting free stuff, and headed out to meet Steven on the bridge. Got the Devon Scope, knocked Kecleon off the bridge, got Swampertite. Very useful. Guess it can go collect dust with the rest of my megastones in Sapphire.
-Back to Fortree, into the gym. Let Mila Tree and Say'ri take turns with Ancient Power and Brave Bird to plow the road to Winona, and swept her team with the two of them. Afterwards, Mila evolved into Cradily! Now whar mah Heracross at?!
