I have always dreamed of a Dragon-type starter.

And I just realized I had written Jalorda as Serperior. Ah, the habits of the old.

And Taposa, I have not yet announced the winners. It is still anyone's game. ;)

Yup. In games like Pokemon red, blue and green where you can get Charmandar as starters, I always go for it. Can't miss a dragon type.

I wish they allowed you to choose pokemons like Dratini, Baygon and Trapinch as starters. Anyways, you can always catch them later ;)

Having a Dragon starter would actually make you really powerful enough. XD

There are certain strong bug types, but imagine if you had a bug type in the start and your enemy had a fire type. o3o

What do you prefer, a physical Serperior or a Special Serperior?

I think I am going to run a physical set, since Serperior has access to much more physical attacks.

On topic. Also this is slightly linked to my old no one used but me and miltank topic...
I preffer a Psyical one cause it has more options

lack of special moves severely hinders Serperior in my opinion.

First, serperior has access to Calm Mind and Leaf Storm. Since Serperior with the contrary ability would welcome the lowered stat from Leaf Storm, it is quite obvious that it can be a Special sweeper. However, Dual Screening plus Leaf Storm plus HP with Contrary is the only playable moveset of serperior can actually play with.

I'm not saying that Serperior + Swords Dance is a bad set. it is just Serperior can reach its full potential via the Special side.
