Thunderbolt is a pretty awsome move i must say! It's a powerfull move, It may cause paralysis And its got pp! But i guess volt takle is the strongest i just don't like the high recoil >.<

I like the high risk of Volt Tackle thought.

Thunderbolt is the standard Electric move of choice though...

Thunderbolt is useful, but I prefer VT.

I mean there's just something about slamming into a baddie and actually feeling the shock pass through them that makes it oh-so-satisfying...

Shadow Ampharos, Thunder doesn't miss when you use Rain Dance. The best idea for a thundering rain dance is a Raichu with Thunder and Rain Dance. Other than Thunder, I like Thunderbolt, but I chose Discharge as my favorite electric attack.

It has better speed and is a staple for the Rain Dance teams...
