I shall be using FireRed, and my Pokemon (when fully evolved) shall be Wigglytuff, Golduck and Arcanine.

Started new game.
Named self Lucy & Rival James.
Chose Bulbasaur. Beat James.
Made my way through all the Oak's Parcel stuff, got Pokedex and Town Map.
Currently training up Bulbasaur to take on Brock, because I can't find Psyduck, Jigglypuff or Growlithe until after Pewter City.

Edit.2: Brock went down easily after a few Vine Whip attacks from Bulbasaur, but I was almost destroyed by Lass Janice and her two Pidgey when I left Pewter City. Currently training and making my way to a place where I can catch my first chosen Pokemon.

Triospecies Challenge: The Master

Pokémon Sapphire

I breathe in, and open up VisualBoy Advance, ready for the Triospecies challenge. I've decided the game I'm going to use, and the three Pokémon I'm going to use, so without much hesitation, I load Sapphire. For pure nostalgia, seeing as Sapphire was my first Pokémon game that I independently finished, I watch the intro that has Brendan on his bike, looking at Latias fly pass, but as it reaches the Duskull part, I get bored and skip to the title screen.
"New Game"
Wow, this music brings me back.
Anyway, Birch materializes, and I quickly answer his questions: I'm a Boy, and my name is Haroun. A couple of seconds later and I am inside the truck.
Littleroot Town! I love this nostalgia. It brings back memories~
Anyway, I 'spacebar' through the boring lecture your mum gives you, and go to set my clock to the according time. I don't really pay attention to the news, like I never used to (:P), and get out of my house.
I walk to May's house (after accidentally trying to enter Route 101), and listen to her being oh so nervous over my sexiness ramble, and let her run away.
Next stop, Route 10, to save Birch from a wimpy Poochyena! I grab a Torchic, which won't be there for long, as soon as I catch Wurmple. :3 Anyway, I own the Poochyena and receive Torchic, who I nickname Idontneedu, because I don't. :D
I get to Oldale, and take my complimentary Potion, before going straight to Route 103, where I go north to meet the girl who is head over heels 'cause of me~ May, who battles me. However she managed to get a Pokémno super-effective to Idontneedu is beyond me, but I don't care as I thrashed her, anyway. I go back to Oldale, heal, and save outside.
I stalk follow May back to Littleroot, and enter Birch's lab again, where I get my Pokédex and Pokéballs. Mum's kind and gives me my Adidas'. Woot, now I can hold spacebar AND X, and go super fast!
I run up to Route 101 and my first victim is the one I want - a Level 2 Wurmple, Female!
After one Scratch, I threw a Pokéball at the Wurmple, and shoot! It was so close, too! Anyway, another Pokéball is thrown and I capture Wurmple, calling her, in proper lowercase, Dustox (a force of habit).
I now hastily run to Oldale Town and deposit Idontneedu. Dustox'll have to fend for herself!
I heal and save in the PokéCenter. Part one complete!

Stats:
Pokémon: Wurmple - 1/3
Progress: Recieved PokéDex and Pokéballs, Defeated May, received Running Shoes, caught Wurmple.

If so, I've decided to use Leaf Green and use (fully evolved) Victreebel, Poliwrath, and Flareon.

Well, I got a Virus on my computer from my brother downloading stuff, and the Malware remover deleted my save file. I would do the challenge on my actual cartridge, but It's just faster on the computer.
Mind if I do Emerald instead? I'll use Shiftry, Crawdaunt, and Camerupt.

I began training Gyarados and Growlithe. Haven't progressed farther than Lavender Town; I'm training with the weaker trainers before moving on to Celadon or doing the Pokémon Tower.

Yet another update from me!
Yesterday was a great day for me, as I finally grinded up to the levels I wanted and progressed. In a nutshell:

• Completed the Pokémon Tower, but stopped when I got to the Marowak because I didn't have a Silph Scope
• Went to Celadon and completed the Game Corner/Rocket Hideout with no problems whatsoever
• Beat Giovanni and got the Silph Scope, then headed back to Lavender and completed the top floor of the Tower
• Got the Poké Flute from Mr. Fuji
• Headed back to Celadon and beat Erika with ease (Flame Wheel FTW)
• Caught the wild Snorlax (first time I ever did so; it owes me a LOT of Great Balls)
• Headed down to Fuschia and tried to challenge the Gym, but turned back when I realized how strong Koga would be
• Flew to Saffron (at some point, I had already obtained the Tea and gave it to the security guards)
• Using my prior experience in FireRed, I got the Card Key from the 9th floor
• Beat both my rival and Giovanni and got the Master Ball
• Beat Sabrina with relative ease (Venasaur couldn't stand Psychic a lot)
• Headed back to Fuschia
• Got the Gold Teeth, Surf, and Strength
• Began challenging the Gym... again...
• Saved

I'll post Pokémon movesets and whatnot later.

• Beat Koga (I officially hate Poison types with the deep burning fire of a thousand suns; thank God for Leech Seed)
• Traveled to Cinnabar and easily found the Secret Key in the Mansion
• Beat Blaine (once again, easily) with Gyarados, which now knows Surf)
• Flew to Viridian and beat Giovanni with Venusaur and Gyarados
• Beat my rival and his Pokémon (that battle actually took effort)
• Validated myself with the guards near Victory Road
• Saved

I'm going to level up Growlithe until it learns Flamethrower, and then kill the 1337 4. :)

We have to update before each Gym Match, and it's taken me a while but I'm finally strong enough to beat Misty. ^_^;

• Caught Lv3 Female Jigglypuff on Route 3. Nicknamed her Hypnos after the Greek god of sleep.
• Hypnos only knew sing, so I trained her with Ivysaur. Upon growing to Lv4, she learned Defense Curl.
• Entered Mt Moon and trained Hypnos to Lv8.
• Picked up a Moon Stone and decided to save evolution until Hypnos had a better moveset.
• Chose Dome Fossil and barely got out with my Pokemon alive! ;_;
• After healing in Cerulean City I trained Hynos some more. Upon reaching Lv9 she learned Pound.
• After more training Hypnos reached Lv14 and learned Disable, and when she reached Lv19 she learned Rollout & forgot Defense Curl.
• When she reached Lv22 I fought James again. During the battle defeated Pidgeotto & Ratatta quite easily but only just defeated Charmander by using Rollout. Abra kept trying to use Teleport, so Hypnos easily defeated it.
• Obtained Fame Checker from James
• Went through Nugget Bridge + TR grunt pretty easily. Hypnos to Lv25
• Trained in grass and defeated trainer in grass next to bridge. Upon reaching Lv29, I decided not to learn Rest.
• Went to visit Bill, defeating trainers along the way. He called me beautiful. =3 Obtained SS Ticket.
• Went back to Dig dude's house & fought Rocket Grunt. Hypnos grew to Lv30 & I obtained Dig TM.
• Jouneyed to Vermillion City. Obtained VS Seeker & Bike Voucher. Exchanged voucher for Bike.
• Did more training and Hypnos reached Lv33
• Got on SS Anne. Fought some trainers, learned I had to get through Rock Tunnel before I could capture a Growlithe. Hypnos reached Lv35
• Headed back to Cerulean to face Misty, Hypnos having recently exchanged Pound for Body Slam.

• Hypnos is a male name, but I don't plan on changing it.
• Caught some Pokemon including Ekans, Oddish, Meowth, Dugtrio & Pidgey because I wanted to. Meowth's pickup ability is proving useful, Dugtrio is my Digger and Pidgey is my flier. Pidgey is currently in the Day Care.
