I'm not going to evolve it. It's such a cute cat Pokemon, and better than Meowth, in my opinion. No nicknames.

Urugamosu

I absolutely loove this Pokemon. It's got a really nice dual type, and the design looks utterly awesome.

Jaroda

It's clearly a good Pokemon. It's got a nice speed stat, obviously. It's my favourite Grass-type starter next to Turtwig.

Gamageroge

I like this Pokemon. I don't know why, it's clearly ugly, but it would be a nice addition to my team.

Warubiaru

I do like crocodiles. Ish.

Chirachiino

Heh. I love Chinchillas! :D

That's my future Pokemon Black team ^^ If I find out any of these Pokemon aren't available in Black, then I'm going to crack a mental.

I'll continue my Monotype Challenge Ground on Black, so I'll use whatever ground type I come across.

I'm mostly looking forward to Waruvial, Gamageroge and Goruugu.

Daikenki just appealed to me from the start. I normally choose the fire type starters, but the Gen.5 fire type doesn't reach out to me... :/

Steve

Waruvial is a pretty awesome Poke. I love the dark typing, and the fact that he's also a dual dark/ground type is just that much better. It'll be interesting to deal with a ground type, since I normally don't use ground types on my team.

Gin (yes, I'm aware this is a Black-exclusive. I have a friend getting Black, and I'm trading him a Churine for a Monmen. :3)

Erufuun...I'm loving it. It kinda reminds me of Jumpluff with the whole cotton thing, and Jumpluff was one of my fav Gen.2 Pokes. :3 It's just so dang cute, too! I'm hoping that my judgement will be rewarded.

Riza

Chillaccino, like Erufuun just captured my heart when I first saw it. Like with Waruvial's ground typing, I usually don't use normal types, so I think raising it will be pretty fun.

Lav

Kojondo is an interesting Pokemon. It doesn't remind me of any other fighting types, but I always keep a fighting type on my team, and this one seems to be the one that appealed to me the most.

Sky

Goruugu was an instant favorite the minute I saw it. I'm a /huge/ fan of Ghost types, so that was a plus (choosing between this one and Shandera was a toughie). But I have a feeling that ground types will come in much more handier than fire types, so I decided, by the subtyping, to go with Goruugu.

There's so many new & different Pokémon (from Unova) that I want on my team, I can't decide a definate team, there's so many I've grown to love.

First off, I would say:

I like the look of this Pokemon and I normally have a staller in my team.

From what I gather, a nice special sweeper. It looks pretty cool as well.

Nice physical wall. Looks rather interesting and looks like it can take a couple of hits, plus, the shiny version looks awesome.

Looks like a mini version of Dialga. Pretty interesting Pokemon if you ask me.

Looks the coolest out of the trio.

Again, looks awesome as well as the shiny version.​

Daikenki- My favorite of the starters so no brainer.
Zuruzukin- My favorite new pokemon of the entire Gen V.
Doredia- The cutest looking pokemon in Gen V in my opinion.
Shandera- Awesome look and cool Fire/Ghost typing.
Iwaperasu- Its a big rock crab thing. I just think it's cool
Dasutodasu- Yes the big garbage dump I'm using because no else will! =D

And well, I think we all love how hardcore this guy looks, so definitely having one:

I've already played it and only noticed this thread now so I'll give my Japanese team and then my intended English team. :D

Black (Japanese)

From the beginning I'd intended to choose the first four you see. Candle and Ice Cream were picked up along the way for being utterly adorable and now they're my favourite two B/W lines (followed by Denchura :D). Go figure!

White (English)

The last two are optional but... this is probably my team! I'll be trading in a Cherubi right away to use as my starter, and tbh, probably trading in the first four entirely since you find them all fairly late in the game. The last two though, I'm unsure of. Sandile will probably be on my team and I might switch Zuru for Tepig which will be my starter. I'll see how it goes when I play. :)

My Fire/Flying team. I originally wanted to all Fire but I decided that wouldn't be too good for a first playthrough, and besides, I love my Flying types also.

Enbuoh - I always choose the Fire starter.

Baokkie - It's adorable, and one of the only pure-Fire types in Gen. V (I think).

Kokoromori - I like its typing and it's also cute. Bats are cute.

Archeos - Guaranteed from the fossil, and I like how it sort of resembles Ho-Oh. It's also got pretty good typing.

Swanna - A swan! It's gorgeous, and can use Surf.

Chandera - A chandelier, that's just awesome. And it's Fire/Ghost, you don't really see a whole lot of that.

I think it's better to switch Zuru for Tepig because in it's final evo Tepig is /Fighting, and zuru is dark/fighting. But you have already got another dark type, which is double-typing and not beneficial in battling. Anyways, this will be my team:

I think it's better to switch Zuru for Tepig because in it's final evo Tepig is /Fighting, and zuru is dark/fighting. But you have already got another dark type, which is double-typing and not beneficial in battling.

But if he does this, he will have two Fire Types. So Lightning will be in the same situation as before.

Fly mule.

Bug and Poison, I just like it because it looks amazing.

Water and Ground, useful for earthquake and against fire pokemon.

Fighting is useful for rock types.
